The email builder is extremely easy to use, yet has a host of design options to make each email blast look unique. Each week we can customize the items that we are sharing with our colleagues by uploading images and building out different newsletters. I appreciate that it shows a preview of how the message will look on both computer and laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? When I have a template and save it and then go back to revise it, I often have to erase the name of the template and put in what I titled it before. When I use a SharePoint link in my story and send a preview, it changes the color and font of the link. I'm forced to schedule my send from the preview window. There is a workaround for it, but I think there should be a solution so a workaround isn't necessary. I wish we could access any communication sent by anyone to work on metrics. I always used an HTML editor to build newsletters and email templates, but with this tool, it's more intuitive and easy to share with non-technical colleagues! Very happy!
