I had a question about logging into Polite mail and the customer service rep emailed me back immediately allowing me to waste no downtime. I found the onboarding process used by Politemail to be beneficial to a better production experience for the team. The tool is also clean and simple, and connecting directly into Outlook is a bonus. It is convenient to have all templates saved in one place and also be able to assign them to campaigns and analyze them when necessary. I haven't used other similar platforms so can't compare but I think PoliteMail is very useful when you are trained well on how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? I have not had the proper training with PoliteMail so I had to figure out most of the things on my own. There are a lot of functions - which is not a downside, you just need to learn them and make good use! Simple and streamlined way to track email metrics" 5/5 What do you like best about PoliteMail? Love how easy it is to turn PoliteMail on. It's very intuitive and user-friendly. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? I've had trouble sending out large emails (1 MB+). When I click send, nothing happens. You can see things such as if your email was opened on a computer or mobile device, if people read or skimmed, where people clicked etc. However, the thing I love most was my support person - Eileen. I was struggling to use the tool and clicked on the "help" button and almost immediately I was connected with assistance. She took the time to help me, and answer all the questions I had (which was a lot).
