I love the accessibility of the tool - having it directly plugged into Outlook is a game changer. The metrics are also more comprehensive than any other tool in the industry. We ran into endless technical issues, and the support for solving the issues wasn’t adequate. We had an issue with the sub-header of the subject of the email. Turns out in the prep stage there was some text that was white (on the white background) that you needed to change in order to change the subheader.
