There are some small features that make certain tasks a bit tedious, especially when dealing with more complex quizzes. However, every time we raised an issue, the tech team was incredibly responsive and worked on a solution right away.

Additionally, while the platform offers incredible depth, it’s not always intuitive. The onboarding is almost 100% necessary if you're creating anything beyond a basic quiz. Some steps just aren't easy to figure out on your own, and you really need someone to explain them. Thankfully, once explained, everything makes sense, and you're set up for success moving forward. The flexibility and capability to setup questionnaires combined with the potential to add logic in order to get direct insight with dashboards and automated reports (PDF).
