They don't even acknowledge their emails. **What do you dislike about Plus AI?** Their customer support is nonexistent, the product is way below average, and is falsely positioned as an AI product. You’re better off using any GenAI product to generate content. They offer absolutely no value if you’re looking to generate a specific template with prompts. To make things worse, their subscription is nonrefundable. I only tried it during my free trial period and asked them for a refund the moment I got charged, however, they refused to refund. **What problems is Plus AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** They're offering outdated templates with a low grade LLM. That's the product in a nutshell. The use of "AI" term in their name is misleading. Easy to learn, and easy to use. It's like having an Associate Marketer or Business Analyst that lives right inside your web browser, and can work at your pace.
