They don't even acknowledge their emails. **What do you dislike about Plus AI?** Their customer support is nonexistent, the product is way below average, and is falsely positioned as an AI product. You’re better off using any GenAI product to generate content. They offer absolutely no value if you’re looking to generate a specific template with prompts. To make things worse, their subscription is nonrefundable. I only tried it during my free trial period and asked them for a refund the moment I got charged, however, they refused to refund. **What problems is Plus AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** They're offering outdated templates with a low grade LLM. That's the product in a nutshell. The use of "AI" term in their name is misleading. In addition, you can integrate Google Docs to Google Slides which is a lifesaver. **What do you dislike about Plus AI?** Nothing comes to mind that I didn't like. **What problems is Plus AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time-saving and you dont have to start from the stretch each time. ### 4. We use this as part of our regular content marketing and slide presentation workflows. **What do you dislike about Plus AI?** Would love to have the ability to reformat existing slides (that would be like having an Analyst and a Designer...all rolled into one). **What problems is Plus AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Instantly creates Google Slides presentations, which makes it way faster to go from idea to implementation. ### 5.
