**What do you like best about PLM Training?**

Following history of changes are best achievement in this training . Change management is perfectly explained. ECR, MCO and process issue is key indicators to follow

**What do you dislike about PLM Training?**

I don t have bad experience with this training. Clear message is if u add more info into system then you got more info as well. This was the motto Regarding usage of PLM

**Recommendations to others considering PLM Training:**

They should define 3 key area to learn.Change management is n1 to start.

**What problems is PLM Training solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PLM is used to follow product life cycle in our business. How to create engineering part number, how to connect documents to them was advised during training. PPAP was another tool to learn more about PLM

Interactive, online, 24/7, eLearning functionality

**What do you dislike about PLM Training?**

There is just so much to learn so it is hard to cover all topics and embed learning with real world experience

**Recommendations to others considering PLM Training:**

Not developing a PLM training strategy is like using summer ties in the snow

**What problems is PLM Training solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving an experience gap, the team are now much more knowledgeable and cable of having bigger picture discussions

I like the way Share PLM works. They have Ideas, they super responsive and genuinely listening.

**What do you dislike about PLM Training?**

Not much to dislike. We do online work, so maybe more technical skills. But I was referred to another contractor for the help.
