## Plerion Reviews
  ### 1. Plerion Streamlined Our Security Operations and Reduced Friction

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barbara S. | Head of IT Operations and Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Plerion?**

I love how Plerion consolidated our cloud security visibility and enabled us to scale without manual overhead. The onboarding was quick, and configuring custom asset groups unlocked real value for prioritising vulnerability management by business impact. The AI-driven Pleri handles remediation planning, reporting, and data extraction, saving us countless hours. Integrations with Jira and Slack are transformative, letting findings flow directly to our ticketing system with the right context for developers.

**What do you dislike about Plerion?**

The main area for improvement is collaboration—I'd like to see better support for sharing tasks, reports, and saved prompts across the organisation. Once we can manage and share these as a team, the platform will be perfect for our needs.

**What problems is Plerion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Plerion, we had limited visibility into vulnerabilities across our AWS environments. While AWS native alerts provide some level of monitoring, they are fragmented and require significant manual effort to consolidate and analyse.
Monitoring multiple environments became operationally challenging and time-consuming, making it difficult to prioritise risks and ensure we were addressing the most critical issues in a timely manner.

  ### 2. Centralized Security and Streamlined Workflows with Plerion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yahya B. | Chief Technology Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Plerion?**

I really appreciate how Plerion has centralized our security management across multiple AWS accounts, giving us a holistic view of our security posture. The onboarding was stellar, and the platform was easy for our DevOps team to adopt without deep infrastructure expertise. The centralized dashboard and the AI teammate, Pleri, make it easy to see top risks and get practical remediation advice. It has saved us the cost of hiring a dedicated security specialist and made security part of our daily workflow.

**What do you dislike about Plerion?**

While Plerion covers a lot, I would love to see it further consolidate our security stack by integrating code and dependency scanning. Currently, we still rely on external services for those needs, and having everything unified within Plerion would reduce our tool count and further streamline our processes.

**What problems is Plerion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Plerion, we had several AWS cloud security monitoring services in place, but the volume of alerts made it difficult to quickly identify what actually needed attention. There was a lot of noise to work through, and AWS native tooling doesn't provide remediation guidance, so for every flagged issue our team had to independently research the right fix, which added real time overhead.

Plerion solved both of those problems. It separates signal from noise intelligently, so we're focused on what genuinely matters, and the AI assistant provides contextual remediation suggestions directly alongside each finding — significantly reducing the time we spend resolving issues.

The multi-account dashboard has also been a big win. We have multiple AWS accounts across dev, staging and production, and having a single place to view our overall security posture and drill into specific accounts has removed a lot of friction. The IAM permissions monitoring has been particularly valuable — Plerion surfaces elevated permissions across our accounts and suggests remediation steps, making it practical to systematically work through permission hygiene at scale.

Overall it's made our security operations meaningfully more efficient and given us clear visibility across our entire AWS footprint.

  ### 3. Transformative AI-Driven Cloud Security Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert M. | Head of Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Plerion?**

I really appreciate how Plerion's AI-assisted analysis reasons about vulnerabilities in the context of our actual infrastructure, reducing noise and surfacing what actually matters. The memory feature that encodes our service-to-team ownership has made automated ticket routing seamless, and the consolidation of configuration, identity, and vulnerability scanning into a single platform has eliminated unnecessary context-switching. The vulnerability analyst stands out by providing exploitability analysis specific to our environment, shifting us from reactive review to proactive, contextualised prioritisation. Overall, it's freed my time to focus on strategic work, not just triage.

**What do you dislike about Plerion?**

While the platform is excellent overall, the automated ticket workflow still needs refinement. Right now, it delivers comprehensive remediation plans, but we're working on making it provide step-by-step triage guidance instead. This would help developers address issues more efficiently without being overwhelmed by too much information at once.

**What problems is Plerion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility and Security Management of our AWS Platform

  ### 4. Centralised Cloud Security That Saves Time and Headcount

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew C. | Lead Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Plerion?**

I love how Plerion centralises all our security data in one easy-to-use platform, giving us immediate visibility into our top risks and actionable remediation advice. The onboarding process and ongoing customer support have been stellar, and the platform has enabled our engineering team to manage security without needing to hire a dedicated specialist.

**What do you dislike about Plerion?**

While Plerion covers our cloud security needs well, we still rely on separate tools like SonarCloud and Snyk for code and dependency scanning. It would be ideal if Plerion could consolidate these features so we could further simplify our security toolset and workflow.

**What problems is Plerion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plerion gives us centralized visibility into our security posture across multiple AWS accounts. Before, tracking risks was ad hoc and knowledge was siloed. Now we can quickly see the top priorities, get fast remediation guidance through Pleri, and the broader team can easily understand where we stand at any time. It’s also saved us from having to hire a dedicated security specialist, since our existing team can handle it as part of their daily workflow.

  ### 5. Staying Ahead of Vulnerabilities with Clear Security Posture Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris G. | Chief Product Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Plerion?**

Plerion has dramatically simplified our cloud security posture by cutting through alert noise and helping us focus on what truly matters. It gives a unified view of misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, identity risks, and compliance — all in one platform, which makes prioritisation much easier and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Plerion?**

Plerion provides immediate and clear value when first connecting an environment, with a strong initial security posture score and well-prioritised recommendations. As those issues are addressed, the platform naturally shifts into more of a monitoring and assurance role. In environments where infrastructure changes infrequently, it can be less obvious how to measure ongoing improvements over time.

This isn’t a major concern, but additional ways to highlight continuous value, such as trend reporting, proactive insights, or clearer indicators of “maintained security posture”, would further strengthen the experience and make long-term value even more visible.

**What problems is Plerion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plerion helps solve the core problem of cloud security complexity and alert overload. Traditional cloud security tooling often spews hundreds or thousands of low-value alerts, making it hard to know what to fix first.

  ### 6. A Comprehensive Tool That Exceeds Expectations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Plerion?**

Plerion is a strong cloud security platform that stands out for its ability to cut through noise and focus teams on the risks that truly matter. Instead of overwhelming users with hundreds of low-value alerts, it prioritises the most critical issues and clearly explains why they matter and what to do next.

What’s most helpful about Plerion is its contextual risk prioritisation and unified view of cloud security. It brings together asset visibility, misconfigurations, identity risk, vulnerabilities and compliance into a single, easy-to-use platform. The built-in AI assistance further accelerates decision-making by guiding remediation and reducing the need for deep specialist expertise.

Overall, Plerion delivers fast time-to-value, reduces alert fatigue, and acts like an extra cloud security expert on the team — making it particularly effective for organizations running complex cloud environments with lean security teams.

**What do you dislike about Plerion?**

Nothing so far, its a very comprehensive tool

**What problems is Plerion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plerion solves the core problem of cloud security noise and complexity. Traditional cloud security tools generate large volumes of alerts, making it difficult to identify which issues pose real risk. Plerion cuts through this by prioritizing the most critical risks and providing clear context on why they matter and how to remediate them.

This benefits us by significantly reducing alert fatigue and time spent triaging low-value findings. Instead of reacting to endless misconfigurations, the team can focus on the small number of issues that could genuinely lead to compromise.

Plerion also addresses the challenge of fragmented visibility across cloud assets, identities, vulnerabilities and compliance. By bringing everything into a single platform, it gives us a clear, holistic view of our cloud security posture, improving confidence in decision-making.

Overall, Plerion helps us move from reactive cloud security to a more proactive, risk-based approach — saving time, improving security outcomes, and allowing a lean team to operate more effectively.

  ### 7. Great Cloud Security Partner with Exceptional Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle M. | Security Operations Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Plerion?**

I love the support from the Plerion team. It's clear that they are interested in their customers' success, not just with the product but also their security posture. Whenever we've had a question, the Plerion team were incredibly responsive and helpful. Their commitment to customer satisfaction sets them apart from other vendors that offer cloud security products.

**What do you dislike about Plerion?**

The risk score engine is a great concept for gauging the org's risk level. However, there appears to be a lack of visibility into how the score is calculated, and this is a drawback. It would helpful to have a transparent breakdown of the factors driving the score so we can better understand the underlying issues.

**What problems is Plerion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plerion helps us focus our efforts on the most impactful issues first. The platform gives us visibility into cloud misconfigurations and vulnerabilities from third-party components in our environment. This helps us understand our true risk in our cloud assets, rather than seeing a long list of low-priority alerts. Plerion also maps findings to compliance frameworks, which is helpful for our GRC team. We're excited to start solving these problems with Pleri, Plerion's AI agent.

  ### 8. Effortless Onboarding and Enhanced Security with Plerion

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JJ S. | Chief Technology Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Plerion?**

Getting started with Plerion is straightforward and user-friendly. Pleri (AI Agent) simplifies the process of extracting information or generating reports, making these tasks much easier. The threat mapping (cloud matrix) is really cool. Since using Plerion, I feel significantly more confident in the security of our platform. The support from Keith and the team have been very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Plerion?**

UI is nice but not amazing, but this is me nitpicking.

**What problems is Plerion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage a range of products, each with its own infrastructure that has evolved over time, shaped by contributions from different team members. Plerion acts like shining a flashlight under the bed or checking the closet for skeletons, it gives us reassurance that there aren’t any misconfigurations lurking, waiting to be found by the wrong people. Additionally, Plerion makes it easier for us to demonstrate compliance to our customers, which is a not only significant benefit but a requirement as we operate in highly regulated domains.

  ### 9. A Modern Platform for Security Visibility and Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcus N. | Security Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Plerion?**

I’ve recently been working with Plerion, and it’s clear this platform is redefining how security teams manage visibility, collaboration, and prioritization at scale.

At the core of the platform is Pleri – a powerful and intuitive interface that enables security, engineering, and compliance teams to work from a single source of truth. Pleri brings together data from multiple cloud providers, Kubernetes clusters, workloads, and tools into one unified graph, allowing teams to identify and resolve risks faster.

Some standout features I’ve found particularly useful:

🧠 Security Graph that connects identities, infrastructure, and vulnerabilities across environments.

📊 Boards and Issues to track and triage findings collaboratively with context.

🌐 Agentless scanning across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes.

⚙️ Built-in workflows and integrations for DevOps and compliance alignment.

Plerion not only helps identify risk, but it also streamlines remediation efforts by giving the right context to the right team – cutting down noise and accelerating response times.

Highly recommend giving it a look if you're aiming to scale cloud security without complexity.

**What do you dislike about Plerion?**

One thing to keep in mind is that Poli, the AI assistant within Plerion, is still in active development. While it's a promising feature that aims to simplify security operations and enhance decision-making, it currently has room to grow in both accuracy and functionality.

As more data and feedback flow into the platform, we can expect Poli to become a much more powerful assistant — but for now, it should be seen as a supportive tool rather than a fully mature solution.

**What problems is Plerion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secure assessment in a cloud environment

  ### 10. Pleri feels like an extra member of our cloud security team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taavi R. | CEO & Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Plerion?**

What I love most is how practical Pleri is. It doesn’t just flag problems - it helps explains why something’s risky and walks us through how to fix it, in plain english. It prioritizes what’s actually important so we can stay focused instead of chasing noise. It feels less like using a tool and more like collaborating with someone who already understands our cloud.

**What do you dislike about Plerion?**

The UX/UI of the platform has come a long way from where it use to be.

**What problems is Plerion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surfacing misconfigurations and risks that would have taken us hours to uncover manually.

  ### 11. Primary uses Plerion to identify vulnerable assets in our cloud environments.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Plerion?**

Plerion does a great job of solving the signal-to-noise ratio problem of automated scanning tools. It draws your attention to the risks you genuinely need to review.

**What do you dislike about Plerion?**

Risk acceptance/exemption and, in general, customising how things contribute to your risk score is limited in its functionality.

**What problems is Plerion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plerion gives us a clear view of the cloud security vulnerabilities we need to address. By configuring it in our AWS environments and setting it up to notify us of any new findings, we can ensure that we are made aware of problems as they emerge without having to trawl through pages of automated findings trying to understand what's actually important to us.

  ### 12. Plerion delivers excellent value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alireza N. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Plerion?**

We use Plerion to manage cloud security for our customers, and it has become a key part of our workflow. What stands out most is how it simplifies and contextualises issues and instead of being buried under endless alerts, we get clear, prioritised insights that show us what actually matters to remediate first. This is crucial for us and our customers to understand our key priorities.

The platform’s context-driven approach saves our and our customers' teams time, reduces noise, and helps us explain risks to non-technical stakeholders in a way that’s easy to understand. More specifically and for our customers, this translates into faster remediation, less confusion, and more confidence in their cloud security posture.

The integration process is straightforward, and the dashboards provide great visibility across environments. Support has also been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions.

**What do you dislike about Plerion?**

Limited support for Google Cloud compared to AWS and Azure — we’d like to see stronger feature parity across cloud providers.

**What problems is Plerion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plerion delivers excellent value by cutting through the noise and turning security findings into meaningful actions. It’s a strong choice for teams managing cloud environments who want both clarity and speed in addressing security issues.

  ### 13. AI enhanced CSPM software that highlights real risks to your organisation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph H. | Cyber Security Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Plerion?**

Plerion's strongest asset right now is Pleri, their AI agent. It is capable of acting like a security engineer; it can plan your remediation efforts, provide excellent fix advice (with code extracts) for your findings, and it can link multiple findings or issues together to present to teams for patching. You can also use Pleri's browser extension to give it access to useful details outside of Plerion's context. It's an efficiency engine, and with the upcoming "tasks" improvements to Pleri the possibility of a completely automated CSPM solution (from detection to remediation) is not far from reality.

Plerion excels in the traditional CSPM space too. It minimises "noise" by highlighting your organisation's "top risks"; which indicate real, possible exploits against your infrastructure. And all security findings are visually mapped out, helping explain the scope and remediation work required to resolve the finding. It has numerous integrations with Slack, Github, Jira, and more.

Finally, it's very quick to implement in your environment especially with their amazing support team.

**What do you dislike about Plerion?**

This is difficult to answer; Plerion either matches or excels when compared to competing products, and does so at a highly competitive price point.

**What problems is Plerion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Prioritisation and remediation of high risk assets and "real" risks - AI features accelerate our communications with other teams and fixes.
- Correlation of findings and vulnerabilities among different assets, revealing potential attack paths and threats.
- Creating an up-to-date inventory of all assets within our cloud environments. Especially noteworthy is the Entitlements Analyzer, which uncovers excessive permissions in our environments.
- Monitoring of our environment against compliance frameworks, revealing gaps and areas to address.

  ### 14. Invaluable in my day-to-day operation as an SRE

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stuart W. | Principal SRE, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Plerion?**

As an Principal SRE I use Plerion in both my day to day workflow and to alert me of new exploits or vulnerabilities that are actual risks to my systems.

The amount of new security notifications from other non-Plerion channels can be overwhelming, I cant keep up and access each threat. Plerion does this for me in a way that is intuitive and easy to use.

When Plerion tells me of a new finding I can trust that its something I need to pay attention to.

**What do you dislike about Plerion?**

While necessary, having to re-run the cloud-formation stacks to update the permissions can be a hassle.

**What problems is Plerion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plerion gives us confidence that we are focusing on security improvements that actually matter.

  ### 15. Wonderful CNAPP Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Plerion?**

The amount of tooling this CNAPP has is pretty insane for the pricing. I've used Orca, Wiz, and many others out there, but Plerion definitely the best bang for the buck. And Pleri is an absolute game changer. Great product overall and my engineers love using it.

**What do you dislike about Plerion?**

There are quite a few options with Plerion, but the only downside may be that it's not "mainstream" yet so it may lack some integrations customers are looking for. On the flip side, the devs over at Plerion are instanely fast at building integrations if a good use case is brought forward to them. Very dedicated team of devs there.

**What problems is Plerion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it's a multitude of issues that Plerion helps with. It reduces our customer alert fatigue. Plerion also provides this single pane of glass, offering a consolidated view of assets, configurations, identities, and vulnerabilities. Plerion addresses the significant engineering effort and specialized knowledge traditionally required to investigate and remediate security issues in the cloud. Especially if you give Pleri a try.

  ### 16. Pleri – AI security teammate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Plerion?**

FireTail has been using Pleri, the AI security teammate, and it has really improved how we operate. Pleri integrates seamlessly with our environment, giving real-time visibility into all assets. Within minutes of deployment, we had a clear inventory, actionable recommendations, and automated monitoring in place.

Pleri's AI-driven prioritization ensures we focus on the most critical risks first, saving our team manual investigation. Its interactive guidance, automated testing, and centralized logging make it feel like we have a dedicated cloud security expert working alongside us 24/7. The interface and smooth onboarding also make it easy for teams to collaborate effectively.

Our confidence in cloud security and AI governance has increased, compliance is easier to maintain, and we can innovate faster knowing critical risks are automatically surfaced and managed.

**What do you dislike about Plerion?**

Can't think of any. We haven't had any issues.

**What problems is Plerion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud visibility, risk assessment, prioritization and related challenges.

  ### 17. Clear visibility on security risks and how to fix them

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Plerion?**

We’ve found Plerion really easy to get up and running - it was a seamless integration with our AWS account. The focus on actual attack paths (with great visualisations) makes it much easier to prioritise risks, and the platform itself is simple to use. It’s become a really valuable part of how we think about security.

**What do you dislike about Plerion?**

One limitation early on was that not all AWS services in our stack were supported, but the Plerion team has been responsive and we now have test coverage where it’s needed most.

**What problems is Plerion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plerion helps us cut through the noise by identifying real risks based on attack paths, rather than just flagging generic misconfigurations. That means our team can prioritise what actually matters, respond faster, and strengthen our cloud security posture without getting bogged down in low-impact issues.

  ### 18. Our main security advisor in cloud

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ailey L. | DevOps Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Plerion?**

Useful features, easy integration with AWS, support

**What do you dislike about Plerion?**

A lot of new features were added, difficult to keep up. We have to update the cloudformation stacks manually when the integration is out of date.

**What problems is Plerion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plerion provided clear visibility into our vulnerable AWS resources, especially legacy ones, and made it easy to identify and prioritize issues from Critical to Low, as well as to track the progress of our work.
With Plerion’s help we’ve been able to greatly improve our security score.

  ### 19. Solid cloud security tool with good features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Plerion?**

Plerion's risk score & holistic scanning of the environment helps bring up the most important things in our environment to the forefront.

**What do you dislike about Plerion?**

The change in direction to focus so heavily on AI/LLM/chatbot means they are neglecting their main selling point a bit.

**What problems is Plerion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to see risks in our system and bringing the biggest risks to the forefront which allow us to focus on the important things that are likely to actually result in a material breach rather than misconfigurations that may not be as bad because of another control in place.
