What I like most about PlayPlay is how easy and intuitive it is to use, even for people with no prior video editing experience. It allows our communication teams to create high-quality, professional-looking videos in just a few minutes, which is a huge time-saver in our day to day work as we rely less and less on agencies.

There isn’t much to dislike, but if I had to mention something, I’d say that a few more advanced editing features or audio editing (in transitions) could be a great addition. While the simplicity is a big strength, having a bit more flexibility for more complex projects would make the tool even more powerful; the customer support we've received have taken this feedback in consideration already.
