It's very easy to use and has excellent audio detection. What I really like is how I can simply press on my wrist and recording begins, which is super convenient. The fact that I can wear it like a watch and forget about it until needed makes it accessible in all situations. I also appreciate the excellent customer service; it's swift, thorough, and friendly. **What do you dislike about PLAUD AI?** There is nothing that I don't like. **What problems is PLAUD AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** PLAUD AI effortlessly deciphers various languages, is easy to use, and it captures ideas on the fly. I love the excellent audio detection and accessibility as I can just press it and start recording my ideas anytime. ### 2. Been very happy with the capabilities of this device and the user interface in the app and online. There are some coy cats on the market, but not as good as this one. You can choose from multiple languages. Which for me is very beneficial. Often in meetings where only French is spoken. Made some phone calls which were beneficial for me as well to have a summery of the call, but also some very important conversations I had with my dad. It is worth the investment. Build quality is excellent. I pre-ordered the Plaud AI pro version and cannot wait to receive it. Today I had contact with Sheila from the customer service via email. She was very responsive and clear in her answer, sorted things out for me because I was impatient and forgot that I pre-ordered. I guess this happens when you wait for something special, you get impatient. **What do you dislike about PLAUD AI?** Not applicable. There are none. Hope that there will be even ore features in the future. **What problems is PLAUD AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Summarization of meetings. Question I can ask a.i. Multiple language support. Useful mind mapping. Quick recording if necessary. Also for phone calls. ### 3. I also appreciate that the recording device is small and discreet, making it convenient to use. **What do you dislike about PLAUD AI?** The recording device is difficult to activate and turn on when I need it. I don't really get any warning when the battery is low or when it's not recording. **What problems is PLAUD AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use PLAUD AI to save time and to summarize ideas well. ### 4. The NotePin is very easy to use and you hardly have to think about it- just press a button. The company is always looking for suggestions on how to improve and even has a voting system for users on what to look into next. Customer support has been very responsive and is continuing to upgrade their platform to both meet my and my organization's needs. **What do you dislike about PLAUD AI?** Honestly, nothing yet. Everything has been relatively smooth! **What problems is PLAUD AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to just listen and pay attention on meetings and interactions rather than having your head buried in a notepad or typing away has been great. I love how the AI creates action items at the end of calls and meetings. ### 6. This is a seamless system and the note device that I use for recording is ultra sensitive. **What do you dislike about PLAUD AI?** Nothing yet. Really. I do prefer to select a model instead of choosing auto model because it seems that I get a little bit of different output based on what model is used and I want to have the same type of response when I use the same template. **What problems is PLAUD AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** It while we use it for some medical transcription, I also use it for public meetings, and other meetings and inspections. The ability to have custom templates is a major plus. I wish there was a little bit more control that could be imparted into the model from the template, but overall it's still really good and repeatable. It's saving me time and hassle from multi-step processes.
