PLAUD AI Reviews & Product Details

Although there are other devices and tools capable of performing the same task, Plaud stands out for its agility and speed, which give it an advantage that is hard to match—without sacrificing effectiveness or accuracy. Furthermore, the ability to create custom templates so easily makes Plaud, in my opinion, an indispensable product for those of us who work in client interviews, counseling, and consulting. Reliable, fast, and professional. Great size and unbeatable startup and synchronization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Actually, there's nothing I don't like about it. It would be nice to have more minutes in the basic version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that PLAUD AI is really straightforward and easy to use. The speaker detection feature is great since it does a good job of detecting different voices and labeling them, even if there's a little mix-up with colleagues who have similar voices. I also appreciate the monthly recap feature, which helps to keep things organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not as open as I'd like; you have to use the app to connect with Plaud AI devices. There's no open access, even though it's encrypted, which I think could be an option. Also, controlling access on Plaud AI devices could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use PLAUD AI mainly for capturing ideas on the fly, and I love how effortlessly it deciphers various languages as I move in a plurilingual environment. It's very easy to use and has excellent audio detection. What I really like is how I can simply press on my wrist and recording begins, which is super convenient. The fact that I can wear it like a watch and forget about it until needed makes it accessible in all situations. I also appreciate the excellent customer service; it's swift, thorough, and friendly. I bought the first version of the Plaud AI note a while ago. Been very happy with the capabilities of this device and the user interface in the app and online. There are some coy cats on the market, but not as good as this one. You can choose from multiple languages. Which for me is very beneficial. Often in meetings where only French is spoken. Made some phone calls which were beneficial for me as well to have a summery of the call, but also some very important conversations I had with my dad. It is worth the investment. Build quality is excellent. I pre-ordered the Plaud AI pro version and cannot wait to receive it. Today I had contact with Sheila from the customer service via email. She was very responsive and clear in her answer, sorted things out for me because I was impatient and forgot that I pre-ordered. I guess this happens when you wait for something special, you get impatient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not applicable. There are none. Hope that there will be even more features in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how quickly it summarizes a lot of data, which is really useful. I also appreciate that the recording device is small and discreet, making it convenient to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The recording device is difficult to activate and turn on when I need it. I don't really get any warning when the battery is low or when it's not recording. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is amazing at recording meetings and transcribing them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to delete the audio and keep the transcript, that would be really beneficial to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The devices and app are great tools for keeping my thoughts organized and being able to stay on top of action items. The NotePin is very easy to use and you hardly have to think about it- just press a button. The company is always looking for suggestions on how to improve and even has a voting system for users on what to look into next. Customer support has been very responsive and is continuing to upgrade their platform to both meet my and my organization's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, nothing yet. Everything has been relatively smooth! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Super responsive tech support and way easier a solution than using my phone and having it transcribed and summarized separately. This is a seamless system and the note device that I use for recording is ultra sensitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing yet. Really.

I do prefer to select a model instead of choosing auto model because it seems that I get a little bit of different output based on what model is used and I want to have the same type of response when I use the same template. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
