Platract Reviews & Product Details

Platract is MLS listing management software built for production and new-construction home builders. It builds each home's MLS listing from your inventory data, runs 69 automated verifications (including a Fair Housing language screen and Bright MLS required-field checks), and routes every listing to a licensed agent for review before it publishes. A typical listing is built in minutes and goes live the same day. A website-to-MLS watchdog compares your website against the MLS every 6 hours and flags price, status or spec mismatches with one-click fixes. Platract also captures leads from Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com and Redfin every 5 minutes, matches each lead to the exact home, and escalates unanswered leads to a manager. Model templates, custom scheduled reports and analytics round out the dashboard. Sign-in uses an emailed code with optional authenticator-app 2FA, each builder's data is walled off from every other builder's, and every change is logged. Platract works on Bright MLS for Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC; Stellar MLS (Central and Southwest Florida) is coming next. Pricing is scoped to the number of communities and homes you manage; start with a free MLS scan.
