What I like best about Plastiq is how user friendly it is and how it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best feature of Plastiq is the ability to pay vendor payments via credit card, even if they don't accept credit cards. We can use a credit card to send a paper check, ACH, or wire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside is they no longer officially offer same-day wires, so you have to specifically request your wire be sent same-day. Usually they can accomodate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support from Plastiq needs to be changed. In this day and age, it's very difficult to get to a representative. At least for businesses, this should be a more straightforward proposition with first getting though AI, then emails etc before finally getting to a representative. The platform is very easy to use. I have been using Plastiq for about 5 years now. I set up auto payments to specific vendors & I know when each vendor is getting paid. I am charged a fee to do so...but worth it for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Of course... I would appreciate lower fees, bu it is the cost of doing business, any business this day and age. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Plastiq for payments offers me good choices if I want to pay vendors via cc who do not accept credit cards. If you have cards that get you are able to get more value from the points/miles than the fees charged this is a great option. Also, you can make international payments which is nice.
