"PlanITpoker: Dealing Out Agile Success – One Point at a Time"
What do you like best about PlanITpoker?

PlanITpoker is an excellent help that we use within our arsenal of agile tools, and it helps dispersed teams like ours. We have multiple remote and offshore team members. It has an intuitive user interface and good integration with Microsoft Teams. It provides a space where we can all collaborate in real time, allowing us to contribute without worrying about what others think or say. This collaboration feature leads to more accurate pointing of stories and tasks and keeping it like a game with the pointing of the cards, which helps us have a little fun to mix into the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PlanITpoker?

PlanITPoker is outstanding; however, there is always room for improvement. While the real-time collaboration is excellent, I wish they had more features for asynchronous work, where team members in different time zones could contribute to varying estimates of cards without needing to be online at the same time as others. Also, while the simplicity of PlanITPoker is a plus, I would love to see more advanced features like detailed analytics on past estimations or other advanced features that would open up more tools for developers in their planning and pointing sessions. "Sprint Planning gets Interesting with PlanITPoker"
What do you like best about PlanITpoker?

The involvement of the whole team, which involves the Dev, QA and Project manager to size the User-Stories, the tool makes it fun as it allows every participant to give the number and the other participant comes to know only when the PM turns the cards. The involvement of sizing by providing the number makes the tool simple and quite exciting and gives a funny space to debate on why the sizing is high or low. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PlanITpoker?

The timer, a built-in feature of the tool, should be optional rather than a timer. It should not allow the PM to proceed further until all the participant provides their input against the user stories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes the Grooming session interesting"
What do you like best about PlanITpoker?

The only reason I attend the grooming session is because of the planet poker tool, it makes the grooming session very interesting; the way the user interface is built and takes the response from all the participants makes it quite interesting, I like the button flip the cards, especially which gives the result of all the participants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PlanITpoker?

Once the user provides the points to the respective user story or ticket or technical user story should allow the user to edit the points voted by requesting the moderator and some of the topics mentioned in the plan it poker are unrealistic, like 100, which is just impossible in the agile world. "Simple Planning Tool"
What do you like best about PlanITpoker?

I like that you can setup your sprint planning meeting beforehand and stack rank the stories and then once meeting time comes all you need is to go through as much of the list as possible.

There are a number of really good features around it as well with showing the amount of time on story, skipping, re-voting and averaging the values. It also keeps a record of your estimations so that you can enter them in your tool of choice later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PlanITpoker?

Though I think this is an ok problem it is not directly tied to your velocity or the tool that you use to track your stories. So this means that you have to do some level of manual setup but in general this is not a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Gets the job done easily"
What do you like best about PlanITpoker?

I think the interface is quite nice. Puts a fun spin on what can be a pretty boring task, without going overboard and getting too goofy.

Also easily gets many team members on without any complicated login processes. Makes sprint planning faster and easier by allowing quick customization to stories, points, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PlanITpoker?

Nothing specific. I don't use a ton of features since I don't need them where I'm using the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and free project estimation application"
What do you like best about PlanITpoker?

It's very easy to use, as a user you get invited to a board and aren't swamped with too many options. The story is presented and your team can vote with basic cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PlanITpoker?

There isn't much to properly dislike, its minimal barriers of entry to use it make it accessible. But also feels very basic to use, which isn't always a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
