PlanHammer helps them to learn how to manage a project using their own tools. Maximum tools that are required to manage a project are available on PlanHammer. As all the tools are together so no need to go or find them elsewhere. Collaboration is very fantastic. High-level data visualizations and Powerful features. **What do you dislike about PlanHammer?** The price is too high even there is no customize a plan. I lost some draft data when I moved on to a new task It kills valuable time. WBS feature is great but I think there might be many improvement areas. **What problems is PlanHammer solving and how is that benefiting you?** I did not have enough experience to manage a project. After getting these tools It's helped me a lot to make my project successful. All of the stakeholders are happy by giving their effort. ### 3. It's good that it is web-based and doesn't require additional software installation. It provides powerful and high-level data visualizations in the form of Gantt Charts, which is helpful in determining the schedule, due dates, and dependencies. makes it easier when collaborating with other teams to establish hierarchies of work. Very easy to use for Beginners in Project Management as PlanHammer helps you along the way with helpful tips and hints to learn new features. **What do you dislike about PlanHammer?** 1) PlanHammer is on the expensive side of tools, They have a free trial of 30 days, after that its 20$/month if you have less than 10 users, price goes up to 50$/month for 10 to 20 users. 2) would prefer a bit more flexibility to edit the WBS, being able to arrange/drag and drop boxes instead of predefined ones would be helpful. 3) Maybe provide support to send notification updates to Phone. 4) Sometimes there is data lag when you move from one task to another task **What problems is PlanHammer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Used it to manage timelines, task allocation for large-scale products and explain the project status with Group Director and other teammates. PlanHammer helped to improve our efficiency and offered a more strategic approach for project planning ### 4. It neatly organizes all of your items into simple and easy to understand gantt charts. I was able to introduce this software to colleagues who are less familiar with some of today's technologies, and they were able to pick it up quickly and easily. The ability to see the same information in multiple visualization formats (i.e. gantt vs. agile vs. list) is extremely useful and allows for personalizing the boards. **What do you dislike about PlanHammer?** Pricing. While PlanHammer does offer a 30-day fee trial, the price for a group of 1-10 members is $20/month. For the simplicity of the platform relative to alternatively available tools, I wish they had different pricing options. While it can be nice that it is web-based and does not require a true download to operate, having the option for a mobile app would be beneficial to many users. **Recommendations to others considering PlanHammer:** Great for those wanting something simple in the way of PM. Still, other tools are available with free versions. **What problems is PlanHammer solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have primarily used PlanHammer for project planning timelines and task lists. This has helped myself and colleagues stay clear on what tasks need to be completed and when. Taking a step back, it also allows me to present long term goals to my supervisor without getting into the weeds of individual tasks. Implementing this PM platform has really helped our team become more efficient and to plan for projects well ahead of time. ### 9. In my opinion it has all of the most important Project Management components but it is not overwhelming. I really like the fact that it has WBS and Risk Management. It is very easy and straight forward to set up a project and assign risks and RACI. The WBS is graphical which is awesome and can be manipulated like a mind map. There is also a list view for the tasks. You can quickly create tasks and the prioritize them later. You can then add details and assign the task to an individual. This software really stream lines the process and helps keep things in order. It also includes Agile but I have not had the opportunity to use this feature yet. Overall this is a very powerful but simple Project Management Software for a great price. It is super easy to use and very intuitive. **What do you dislike about PlanHammer?** One of the biggest things I would like to see is a mobile app for this software. I think that would make this software all the better. Also at times some of the pages have been loading a little slow. **Recommendations to others considering PlanHammer:** This is a well priced and super project management software. It is good to fully understand the power of this software before assigning tasks to team members. **What problems is PlanHammer solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have used this software to collaborate with our Director Of Operations on some internal projects. ### 10.
