It only takes me a couple of minutes to write and send out information to my staff. We also use it for sending out weekly workplan and then the plans are available on my employees PinToMind app on there cellphones. Its fun to have in the kindergarten to show pictures of what we have been doing, and its easier to post there than print out every picture.
