"Excelent software for meetings"

What do you like best about PinToMind?

It is veru good thing that you can create multiple displays and share only one that you need at the moment.

Also you can share on multiple screens.

It is easy to use, and once you make it, it will do automatically news or changes from calendar about meetinngs.

Integration with Google Calendar is very usefull.

What do you dislike about PinToMind?

I didn't noticed some things that are not usefull or to dislike somehting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PinToMind solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using it for presenting all google calendar meeting in different meeting rooms, so everyone in the pass or hall can see where and when is which meeting or when is some mwwting room available.

What do you dislike about PinToMind?

It sometimes has trouble to upload or sync with external websites or instagram which I think can improve. For example, during football season, I put upload external links so students can watch some highlights or stay updated with the scores of their favourite teams but it may be hard to sync. It also seems like you do a good job of keeping your content fresh and up-to-date, e.g. with the functions such as weather forecast, news and schedule for the postings. And clever placement of a screen at your entrance.

Fun idea to upload external links with highlights from football matches. It must be popular with the students. Feel free to contact us with a few more words regarding the challenges you encounter with external websites. The website must be made for public screens, but please contact us and we will try to help you as best as possible from our end.

What do you like best about PinToMind?

Incredibly simple solution that makes it easy to set up movies/pictures etc. to your screen. I also want to praise the support, you respond incredibly quickly and solve problems in an efficient way. What do you like best about PinToMind?

We have had problems with showing videos on our screen. We believe it is due to an old screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PinToMind solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a screen that is hard to connect to a computer, and that we also would like to display info about events every day. Without PinToMind we would have to physicly turn on the screen and connect it to a computer that displays the info, and we would also manually have to update the page display on the computer. "Information screen in the operating department"

What do you like best about PinToMind?

I hope it's okay to write in Norwegian. What I like best about the info screen is that it's so easy to add new news and that there are very few technical problems. It's easy to share pictures, it's fun with countdowns and published movies. We in the operations department also use it to allocate staff. In one of the side panels, we have set up the different operating rooms and which staff members should be in which room. It works very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PinToMind?

Sometimes the text in the news becomes a bit small and disappears. You have improved this in Infoskjermen 3. Otherwise, we are super satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PinToMind?

A bit tricky to add images in Infoskjermen 3 (not entirely intuitive) - a few too many clicks. Since you often upload images to posts, it should be completely obvious. I've used Infoskjermen for a while, so I've gotten used to it, but I didn't find it right away when I switched over. Apart from that, I don't really have any objections. "A very user-friendly experience"

What do you like best about PinToMind?

It's user friendly GUI. I rarely recieve tickets from users with access asking about how things work or clarification on something written or explained within the application, with the exception of one feature that i will explain in the next box :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PinToMind?

I have only had one bad experience with PinToMind, and i wouldnt even necessarily call it a bad experience, but the import from the classic version to the new one was not as smooth as i would have liked.

I have yet to ask my userbase to migrate their screens so i dont know what their experience will be, but im guessing there will be some confusion there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PinToMind experience"

What do you like best about PinToMind?

The ability to reach all the staff quick with the app and big screens in the halls/nurses station and todays schedule if it is a special day.

What do you dislike about PinToMind?

It takes up the whole screen, so its not possible to use for other platforms f.ex side by side. The tv is "locked" in PinToMind Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You're right. As long as your screen displays PinToMind it only displays PinToMind. But if you need it for other purposes you can of course change the input to display other content.
