If there's some abrupt downtime without any information beforehand, sometimes or even most of the times things can get messy. Here PingStack helps by notifying through alerts when a website or server goes down, which helps in taking the best steps ahead to avoid issues with end-users. And there is option of setting multiple different kind of alerts, which gives the flexibility to the user. **What do you dislike about PingStack.io?** Nothing as such to dislike so far. It is mostly easy to use only. **What problems is PingStack.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** A part of the project had few migrations going on frequently, and during that time several servers were loaded with huge data and used to take hours for a load to complete. So, several times it used to get difficult to figure out if the server was down or it was just the time-consuming data transfer. Hence, this was used for monitoring purposes and it being device-independent as well as providing several other features, it was helpful to integrate it with the project and track things in a better way. ### 2. There was a scenario when we loading huge data over servers and we werent sure whether ot could be handled by server or taking time in transmission. ### 3. We can configure the multiple alerts just to check the website health, response time etc. We can also add our team members to get the same alerts for. PingStack gives us easy configuration way, very simple and attractive UI it has. I also gives free plan with limited resources. Suppose anyone want to use this product for limited time with limited resources, they don't need to buy this product. They can continue with free plan if it suits requirements. **What do you dislike about PingStack.io?** As far I use PingStack.io, I couldn't find very much things to dislike. But sometimes I observed that the performance goes down because of my data sources are not configured in highly efficient manner. Due to lack in performance of my databases, PingStack's performance also goes down. So I think it could be better. It should not reflects the pingstack performance. **What problems is PingStack.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** While deploying the pingstack in my current project, we were facing some deployment issues. Here in my current project, the environment is very large in scale. We had to deploy it in such large environment having huge resources so that was a big challange of deployment with successful. While deployment we faced that the size of resources matter. The deployment status depends on the environment size, resource size such as controllers, servers, databases etc. So as part of resolution, we had to deploy with less resources with compact size to get the deployment successful and to increase the performance. ### 7.
