"One of the best websites with real-world scenario"
5/5
What do you like best about PingMyNetwork?

I love using PingMyNetwork for networking labs because it's incredibly useful for testing and offers increasing difficulty in the labs. The practical application of what's studied in books, alongside real-world scenario simulation, adds great value. The simplicity of use, realistic scenarios, and clean, organized graphics really stand out to me. I also appreciate the structured courses like CCNA that provide free lessons to evaluate the site's effectiveness. The graphics and registration mode make everything clear, contributing to a straightforward experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PingMyNetwork?

The flashcards I used during the 14 days of the CCNA Lab felt more challenging than the actual CCNA level, and closer to the CCNP level. Therefore, it might be beneficial to better calibrate the flashcards so that they align more accurately with their intended certification levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Networking Learning Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about PingMyNetwork?

I love how PingMyNetwork breaks down every lecture or topic into a format that's easy enough for an eight-year-old to understand. Everything related to networking, problem-solving, and issue resolution works well with PingMyNetwork. I used to be afraid of messing things up when logging into a switch, but PingMyNetwork helped me gain confidence and understand networking better. It has made working with networks at my job more comfortable and enjoyable. The initial setup was also very easy, getting me running from the first time I tried it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PingMyNetwork?

I have a personal challenge with the pricing for accessing the premium side of PingMyNetwork. The financial rate is quite heavy for me, and I'm not currently financially buoyant to afford it. I would have loved to pay and enjoy the full value, but the current cost is a bit much for me right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Hands-On Learning Tool That Makes Network Traffic Easy to Understand"
4/5
What do you like best about PingMyNetwork?

As someone who works in network support, I mainly use PingMyNetwork as a learning tool. It turns abstract concepts into something I can actually observe—I can see what happens to traffic instead of only reading about it. For me, the biggest upside is how much practical knowledge I’ve been able to pick up from using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PingMyNetwork?

Honestly, nothing major stands out yet. I'm still fairly new to it and using it mostly for learning, so I haven't hit any real limitations. If anything, I'd like to see more beginner-oriented explanations alongside the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Interactive, High-Quality Networking Labs That Are Fast and Reliable"
5/5
What do you like best about PingMyNetwork?

I really enjoy how interactive the platform and learning materials are. Most networking learning materials don’t allow for much interaction, whereas PingMyNetwork supports interactive learning that helps me put the theory into practice. On top of that, the learning materials are high quality, easy to follow, and straightforward to engage with. The platform itself is also super fast and reliable; I haven’t run into loading screens or visual bugs, even in the router labs, which is especially impressive given how buggy labs can be on other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PingMyNetwork?

I can’t really say I dislike anything about the platform. Occasionally, there were small issues where some learning materials were in the wrong language or were missing a few inputs that the guide said should be expected in the lab. However, I raised bug reports directly from within the platform, and the team fixed them within a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hands-On Browser CLI Labs That Make Learning Stick"
5/5
What do you like best about PingMyNetwork?

The browser-based CLI labs have been the most valuable part. Reading about a concept only gets me so far — actually typing the commands, hitting errors, and troubleshooting them is what makes it stick. I've had moments mid-lab where something wasn't working, and working through why (a switch not powered on, a mismatched OSPF network statement) taught me more than any amount of reading would have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PingMyNetwork?

No issues as of yet. I've been using it for 3 weeks now and everything has been great so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Ultimate Platform for CCNA Prep"
5/5
Describe the project or task PingMyNetwork helped with:

PingMyNetwork offers a comprehensive platform for CCNA preparation, featuring gamified learning, progress tracking, and practical exam simulators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PingMyNetwork?

I love how PingMyNetwork gamifies the studying experience, making it more engaging with level-ups that track my progress, which is really motivating. The well-structured explanations they provide are amazing, and I appreciate the flashcards for making the theory stick in my long-term memory. The exam simulators are another fantastic feature—they're a great way to prepare for the real thing. In my experience, PingMyNetwork is the best platform for learning CCNA by far, especially after trying others that weren't as effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PingMyNetwork Made Networking Click with Clear Lessons and Excellent Hands-On Labs"
5/5
What do you like best about PingMyNetwork?

I'd been searching online for a while for something like Hack The Box or TryHackMe, but for networking. After a long search, I finally found PingMyNetwork, and it was exactly what I'd been missing.

With PingMyNetwork, I found that exact learning system: complex concepts finally made understandable, without roundabout explanations or superfluous detail that you forget right away and truly excellent hands-on labs. It was the turning point: theory and practice finally in one place, without all the background noise I'd found everywhere else before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PingMyNetwork?

Overall, I really enjoy using PingMyNetwork as a learning platform. It would be great to see even more advanced exercises, real-world networking scenarios, and interactive labs to further improve the practical learning experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elwin BERRAR of PingMyNetwork

Thanks for the great feedback! Awesome to hear that the HTB/TryHackMe approach for networking is working well for you.

We're currently shipping more advanced troubleshooting scenarios and real-world labs to the platform. Stay tuned, and thanks for being part of the journey!

"Platform to master networking for everyone"
5/5
What do you like best about PingMyNetwork?

What I like most about PingMyNetwork is that its pretty simple to use and doesn’t feel too complicated. The UI is clean and easy to understand, so getting started was not really a big issue.

From integrations, they have best feature of lab to practice every lesson which provides the user an environment to deal real-time issues

Platform has great working performance. Never go down not become slow. The price is bit too high but they also provide different offers to pay them half for getting permanent access to course.

They also have support and AI integrated support for for fast resolving issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PingMyNetwork?

they have a bit high cost of $69 for only CCNA and separate for CCNP.No doubt providing almost everything. Feels like there is less material of some important topics where they should add more detail data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elwin BERRAR of PingMyNetwork

Hi Bilal,

Thanks for the feedback! Glad you like the labs, the UI, and the platform speed. Note taken on the price and topic depth: we're already adding more details to the lessons to give you maximum value. Reach out anytime if you want specific topics covered.

"Gamified Learning, Breaks the Forgetting Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about PingMyNetwork?

I enjoy using PingMyNetwork because it offers a gamified way to learn networking, which helps me unwind from the heavy theory. I particularly appreciate the teaching aspect and the use of flashcards, which allow me to revisit concepts without having to relearn them, effectively combatting the forgetting curve. Also, the initial setup was very easy, and the support team is readily available to answer questions, which is quite comforting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PingMyNetwork?

The learning portion doesn't allow me to shorten my commands, which is a bit frustrating. It's not like the lab portion where it emulates an actual router. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Performance, Intuitive Navigation, and Motivating Stats"
4/5
What do you like best about PingMyNetwork?

I didn’t run into any performance issues while using it day to day, especially when I was grinding through the 14-day Help Desk to Network Engineer event before. Navigation is also straightforward: the menu bar and settings are easy to locate, and everything feels pretty self-explanatory. It’s simple to find what you want to explore on the website without having to dig around.

I also like the stats. It clearly shows how many lessons and XP points you’ve completed and earned, and it lets you see where you rank on the leaderboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PingMyNetwork?

Maybe it’s the inability to split or separate the CLI screen from the discussion page. I have a dual-monitor setup, and sometimes when I’m doing a lab, I want to keep only the CLI on the other monitor. Or can I do that? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
