Spark Reviews & Product Details

Spark is a project management software created for radio media companies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Spark is optimized for radio stations. It can connect with WideOrbit Traffic software, which is a very common need in radio. However, it wasn’t optimized for digital advertising, which is what I do - so they had to modify the software to fit our needs. It took a lot of back-and-forth and trial and error before we got something workable for us. It never got to the point that it was a smooth user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can keep all of my mail in one place, and that I can read it in an orderly way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the different views they suggest feel overcomplicated. I prefer to stay in control of my main view and make sure I don’t miss anything important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was easy to set up and get running, The configuration was easy and took maybe 20 minutes to start getting clients on and ready to send messages. I like at the time that it was on premise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was constantly having issues with server disconnects and the client software was buggy and very inconsistent with alerts and usability. We had people just stop using it because it was frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
