I prefer to stay in control of my main view and make sure I don’t miss anything important. **What problems is Spark solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have multiple mailboxes, and Spark is the place where I can keep everything together in one place. ### 2. What I like best is the way I can quickly run through my emails with smart read.This is great because I get a lot of newsletters and Spark lets me quickly prioritize what I find important. **What do you dislike about Spark?** There's not much I don't like, I would love to try and use their AI features, but that's a paid add-on. **What problems is Spark solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spark is solving the issue of a busy inbox and prioritizing important emails. I get a lot of emails and Spark saves me time with its smart features and integrations. ### 3. The included customer service support, as well as the easy to navigate system. **What do you dislike about Spark?** The thing which I not like about spark is the streaming park which is not real time it is doing microbatching that makes not suitable for real time processing **What problems is Spark solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted to try something new that was more collaborative and saved me time. ### 4. I like at the time that it was on premise. **What do you dislike about Spark?** It was constantly having issues with server disconnects and the client software was buggy and very inconsistent with alerts and usability. We used it to ask questions on policy and benefits without having to talk or leave the desk.
