  ### 1. Pickaxe Makes It Easy to Sell and Embed Shareable AI Web Apps

**What do you like best about Pickaxe?**

So I wanted to essentially clone myself and extend my reach, but I also have customers who are taking what I do and white-labeling it up for THEIR customers (which I totally approve of, and for which I take a cut of revenue). So I publish my AI tools as shareable web apps and my downstream can embed them directly into their sites/portals without extra development.

Because Pickaxe has very granular user rights management and payments, I can add paywalls, set usage limits, and sell access through a built-in storefront.

The company has excellent support: it has weekly office hours, for customers to talk through their issues (often with the CEO), and my support questions/tickets get handled very promptly and fully.

**What do you dislike about Pickaxe?**

I wish there was better prompt chaining and flow logic in Pickaxe. It's ok but limited. And unless you pay for the top tier per month, you get only basic control over how embeds and apps look; deep UI customization and full white-label styling are more constrained. Otherwise, I'm really happy with Pickaxe, it gives me company great value.

**Recommendations to others considering Pickaxe:**

There are other tools out there - Zapier, etc, but those cost a bunch more, and they seem to bog down. But they are more customizable. Be sure to check out the different tiers of membership to be sure you're appropriate for what you want to get done.

**What problems is Pickaxe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pickaxe has let me build custom AI agents and chatbots in a visual, no-code editor instead of writing code. I only know a tiny bit of Python so I was eager to use vibe-coding, and Pickaxe's prompt-based builder and design tools helped me create (duplicate) by workflows in code. I have a pretty successful coaching business, and Pickaxe let me build a "clone" in about 2 hours, which over 4 months has tripled my platform exposure, and more than doubled my monthly revenue. It's amazingly flexible, automating all the repetitive tasks (like form processing, basic support replies, report generation) and has a very cool multi-tier monetization engine that does pricing, complex discounting, etc.
