**What do you like best about PhonEX ONE?**

I liked it's data interpretation and it's interface which is very easy to monitor and analyse.

**What do you dislike about PhonEX ONE?**

Providing more automated features for live calls tracking would be a good option

**What problems is PhonEX ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives a great platform for the analysts to analyse call volumes and all kind of relevant data

**What do you like best about PhonEX ONE?**

Simple setup and very few issues with quality or dropped calls. I was impressed with the onboarding and how quick and simple it was to get started and integrate into my workflow.

**What do you dislike about PhonEX ONE?**

A better vm retrieval system would be nice

**What problems is PhonEX ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster contact with leads and less delays between calls - it has yielded more money
