Their support is also quick and helpful to respond. **What do you dislike about PhishingBox?** I don't like that there is not an easy way to report phishing emails through gmail without having to setup a dedicated inbox for users to forward to. I am also unable to delete "students" from the cybersecurity training section without their help; however, to their credit, they are planning to add this feature which is fantastic. **What problems is PhishingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was able to create a cybersecurity training program for our company. Using this tool, I can help train people on the dangers of phishing and several other topics.
