The analysis might be a little strange at times. It takes some time to seek to distribute the information throughout the services to help the awareness campaign.

**What problems is PhishingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest one is personnel awareness and knowledge of the possible risks of falling for fake attempts. This year, we obtained Security and operational, and preserving cybersecurity is critical to our team's operations.

**What do you like best about PhishingBox?**

1) With it, we are able to identify security weaknesses. 2) No training is needed to conduct social engineering with PhishingBox. 3) I also like how it has saved our time and money with pre-built phishing emails.

It is a great platform for cybersecurity awareness, nothing that I dislike about it.

**What do you like best about PhishingBox?**

I enjoy the ease of creating campaigns and getting them out to staff members. The tracking capabilities are also very useful for reporting and following up with the team.

**What do you dislike about PhishingBox?**

I would like to see more training features that dive into more categories of information security. Setting up the platform to cover compliance in its entirety would be very helpful.

**What problems is PhishingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PhishgBox helps with Compliance, training, reporting, and awareness. It's important that staff members are aware of cyber threats in the evolving work environment.

**What do you like best about PhishingBox?**

I've only run two or three campaigns but the employees seem to like the approach to the trainings and phishing campaings.

**What do you dislike about PhishingBox?**

For now, there is nothing I dislike about Phshing Box. The platform is very user friendly.

**What problems is PhishingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee awareness training are entertaining and approachable.

PhishingBox provides an easy-to-use interface that allows you access to a dashboard and other relevant information related to your organization's overall risk score and suggestions.

**What do you dislike about PhishingBox?**

Reporting can be slow at times, if requesting a large amount of data the system will sometimes become unresponsive or there is an extended period of wait before your report is ready.

**What problems is PhishingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Target Phishing attacks and Cyber Security Training for all employees across the organization and find weak spots in our end user community and suggest ways to resolve them specific to our industry.

It would be nice to pay by domain/client instead of per email.

We found that PhishingBox is cost-effective for my employees to get cybersecurity training. The platform is straightforward, and setting up a campaign is very simple.

**What do you dislike about PhishingBox?**

There is nothing I dislike about the product. I wish the reporting feature provided more detail.

**What problems is PhishingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem PhishingBox is solving is it allows our IT team to identify high-risk users and educate them on what to look for when responding to/opening email attachments.

**What do you like best about PhishingBox?**

We have been with PhishingBox for about three years and will always remain a customer. We love how easy it is to customise email templates and landing pages.

**What do you dislike about PhishingBox?**

Even though this is not an important issue, the time it takes for support to get back to us could use some work, but that could be the time difference between countries. Also, not enough content is uploaded.

**What problems is PhishingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PhishingBox is helping our customers become more cyber security savvy. It benefits our company by helping our customers.

**What do you like best about PhishingBox?**

-easy interface/dashboard
-very real campaigns
-love the training that happens if someone "fails"
-Helps provide insight on if additional training is needed for staff
-great training provided

**What do you dislike about PhishingBox?**

-once i was signed up, didn't really hear from them again
-no clear way to add additional seats/licenses
-would love if there were some automatic reminders so create campaings

**What problems is PhishingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As part of our annual privacy and security assessment, it was recommended to do phishing tests. Finding Phishingbox helped us put these tests in pace and really understand how to best train staff on being security aware

**What do you like best about PhishingBox?**

Phishingbox is a great tool for teaching users how to spot phishing emails and how to avoid becoming a victim. It's very easy to use, and I love the fact the phishing email templates are customizable depending on the company's needs. Another thing that I love about this tool is the fact that it provides a detailed report on the completed campaign. It's easy for companies to track employees' participation and performance and reinforce cyber awareness in the workplace.

**What do you dislike about PhishingBox?**

None. I love the phishing tool for email phishing simulations and the fact that we can import a CSV list of participants.

I love that we can load the campaigns with many templates and categorize them to the different departments we have, as well as make custom items that can be used to ensure users are reading all the test and sender information.

**What do you dislike about PhishingBox?**

Nothing huge; when creating custom items, the sizing of photos can be tricky. However, with some tweaking, you will be on your way to making it work properly. Perhaps a better was to preview custom images.

Well, with the report feature, the users have become very good at stopping to point out the reason they believe a suspicious email needs to be reviewed by our security team.

We had a big problem with phishing at my last job and PhishingBox was incredibly helpful in teaching us against common scamming techniques. My only experience with ways to protect against phishing was through generic company-wide emails from our old IT team so using PhishingBox was definitely a step up! It made a big difference to have testing and simulations of real phishing.

The only improvement I can suggest would be more templates.

Logical interface, easy to craft test emails that can be easy or hard on end users. The reporting aspects are good and allow us to address any remediation requirements.

It does have a bit of a learning curve, easy stuff is fine, but once you require more complex requirements it can be a bit more work.

The tracking analytics work decently but leave more to be desired to automatically filter proxies such as with GMail.

**What do you dislike about PhishingBox?**

Killphish does not work for Google Workplace environments, a sync with an SSO that is not Azure isn't automatic, and there are limited domains for the EU.

They solved an SSO sync issue but we only found out right before we were about to terminate. The communication on feature updates is lacking.

If you're not thinking about your cybersecurity then the hackers have already won! Easy to use, valuable follow-up training and cost-effective, PhishingBox is an excellent platform.

Employees don't like to be called out for missing spam signals - but it's the only way to learn!

PhishingBox helps businesses get ahead of spam and phishing training for employees - an area that is critical to keeping data safe. We no longer have to spend resource hours creating test emails and generating training content, it's all provided for us.

**What do you like best about PhishingBox?**

PhishingBox was easy to implement within our organization. The LMS platform quickly integrated into okta and was a convenient system for managing employee training. I absolutely love how easy it was to use and its positive impact on our business performance!

Nothing! I wish we'd implemented the platform sooner -- would have avoided many headaches!

**What do you like best about PhishingBox?**

PhishingBox is a great tool to teach end-users how to recognize Phishing and Spam emails. It's easy to use, cost-effective, and effective. We recently began using the training modules as well. Great content.

**What do you dislike about PhishingBox?**

Some functionalities are a bit limited, but they are improving the service every single day. In the training modules, I'd like to be able to set the scores on the exams myself without having to recreate everything. Some of the "failing grades" are weird because of the limited number of questions on the pre-built exams.

**Recommendations to others considering PhishingBox:**

It's a great product. I would highly recommend it. Utilize the product to its full extent. There are many features that are easily overlooked.

I am effectively training my users how to recognize Phishing Emails, I'm utilizing the report button in Outlook (which is an easy to use, easy to install add-on), and I'm utilizing the training modules to perform security awareness and training programs.

**What do you like best about PhishingBox?**

IT is easy to set up. Many templates to choose from and also a very responsive team. Editing the HTML of the templates also helps a lot when you are trying to customize it for your business.

**What do you dislike about PhishingBox?**

Domains need to be cleared before the campaign. We would like if these were whitelisted by default as some of our systems yank it out mailboxes before the user has the chance to interact with them. Also, we would like to see more "credible" domains.

**Recommendations to others considering PhishingBox:**

It is an excellent alternative. If you are good with HTML and are looking to be granular and detailed with your campaigns, this is the product.

We are offering training to the end-user that they typically only get once they start working. We keep up the knowledge and awareness needed to prevent attacks.

Many templates to use as is or customize as you like and easy to create new forms as well. Scheduling tests is very simple.

**What do you like best about PhishingBox?**

I like that it doubles as phishing training and general cybersecurity training. Their support is also quick and helpful to respond.

**What do you dislike about PhishingBox?**

I don't like that there is not an easy way to report phishing emails through gmail without having to setup a dedicated inbox for users to forward to. I am also unable to delete "students" from the cybersecurity training section without their help; however, to their credit, they are planning to add this feature which is fantastic.

**What problems is PhishingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to create a cybersecurity training program for our company. Using this tool, I can help train people on the dangers of phishing and several other topics. It also helps show just how easy it is to get hooked.
