"Excellent experience with PhishingBox—professional, reliable, and well-organized at every step."
What do you like best about PhishingBox?

Great pricing, excellent service, and good features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

The UI could be improved for a smoother user experience, and a more professional-looking domain name would help build trust and encourage more clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User friendly product and great support"
What do you like best about PhishingBox?

I've used this product for years and it is a cost-effective way for my clients to get phishing training. I've found it easy to use and when I have a question support is very helpful. When a client has had difficulty allowing emails into their system, the support team has been very helpful (also very patient). As it has become more difficult to get phishing emails into the inboxes, the support team has adapted and provides more and better resources for my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

I had considered not providing this service in the future, due to the difficulty of getting emails to work well and the service becoming more expensive. My clients are mostly small businesses and don't have big budgets. However, I was approached by someone using a bigger name service who wanted to offer it to my clients at a "really great" price, which was at least 10 times higher than what I charge. I decided to keep PhishingBox and expand the service offering and it is paying off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Denise, thank you for providing your feedback. Our support team is happy to assist in ensuring the platform is integrating properly with whatever existing workflows you and your clients utilize.

"Easy and Affordable"
What do you like best about PhishingBox?

Straightforward product experience-more than enough to get the job done for SMBs. Say what you will about the effectiveness of Phishing Campaigns, but in many cases, these are required for cyber insurance and the like.

The PhishingBox team did a good job at walking us through the product, and we had good follow-up calls with the account team as we onboarded. The training campaigns are informative and the modifiable "gotcha" pages make the educational aspects avaiable with no extra setup effort. Implementation is straightforward, and the account team makes sure you're doing this properly when you onboard, making integration for a team like ours a non-issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

The UI can be a little bit confusing, particularly around the campaign scheduling, but it's certainly workable and I expect will continue to improve as the product matures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alex Risen of PhishingBox

We appreciate the feedback, Eric. If you have any specific UI items you’d like to address, our product team would love to hear from you! Just let your account executive know or customer success team know.

"Easy to get started and feature rich"
What do you like best about PhishingBox?

The ease of getting started with PhishingBox. It is super easy, the set up was a breeze. And as I am exploring the platform further, I am seeing more things that I like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

There is nothing in particular that I do not like. There is a lot of capability that one can use. As a result, it can feel overwhelming. But once you get a hang of what you need from the platform, the application is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alex Risen of PhishingBox

Gaurav, thank you for utilizing our phishing simulation and training platform. We understand some users may only need to see the basics while others need customization and a deeper well of tools to fully execute the needs of their organizations. We'll continue to optimize the user interface for the unique needs of our customers.

"Simple, but thorough and effective"
What do you like best about PhishingBox?

PhishingBox is a simple to use tool with easy to decipher dashboards and a variety of cybersecurity training and testing tools. This tool is used at least once a month to continually test the entire employee population. When someone is "caught," training is administered immediately. "Problem children" become obvious through the system's tracking. This is a must-have for anyone that takes cybersecurity seriously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

At first, there was a little learning pain on setting up a phishing campaign, but after a couple of tries, it worked out okay. The worst thing that can happen is the audience gets tested more than once - which is really a win, isn't it? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alex Risen of PhishingBox

Thank you for your feedback. If you’d ever like to have assistance setting up a campaign, our customer success team or your account executive can assist!

Ability to have more phishing templates and lots of phishing training campaigns. Plus the dashboard had alot of features that I can easily manage my campaigns and view reports etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes adding new template and tweaking the features or adding a new domain name can take sometimes.but other than that I don't have anything that I don't like all the other featuresare great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alex Risen of PhishingBox

Thank you for your feedback, Khedir. Our product team is always looking to improve the platform and response times and will continue to enhance this and other features.

"Mostly Great"
What do you like best about PhishingBox?

The provided phishing templates are a great help in getting tests/campaigns ready to start. It is a huge time saver to not have to generate these on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

I strongly dislike that there are campaigns and tests, when you can't add tests to campaigns. In an ideal world, I would be able to make a campaign, then add tests to it so all of my testing can be read in one summary data chart - which would allow us to more easily track changes over a quarter or year, and more easily flag any repeated failures.

Using recurring tests is one way to get a similar effect, but if we want to make changes to the templates or targets, then we're out of luck and have to create something entirely new. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alex Risen of PhishingBox

Thank you for your feedback. Our product development and management teams are always looking for specific insight and use cases to help advance and optimize the user experience.

"Fairly priced, high quality phishing simulation and infosec training make PhishingBox a solid choice"
What do you like best about PhishingBox?

Their phishing simulation offerings are numerous and very easy to use. Adding targets is a snap, and the overall process is very simple. They have tons of domains to choose from, with more added seemingly all the time, and their phishing sim emails are very well-crafted. They have very granular choices for when people view or click on the fake phish emails, and their campaign builder is top-notch. There are a lot of pluses for PhishingBox, and overall I'm happy with my decision to use them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

The user administration when removing users could use work - there's no way to delete users except one-by-one or by adding them to a group to then delete. I assume this is on purpose, but it's kinda wonky deleting users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alex Risen of PhishingBox

We appreciate you taking the time to provide valuable user insight and will provide our product team with your input!
