**What do you like best about Phemex?**

If I am talking about the platform of Phemex then it gives us the potential chance to understand the real value of digital currency the best example is crypto currency. And their dashboard is very easy to use and simple exchange.

**What do you dislike about Phemex?**

Sometimes it difficult to contact with Customer Support system because last time when I was sent message regarding my previous transactions then delayed in revert back.

**What problems is Phemex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I suggest to please updated your customer support system to avoid future problems.
