However, the new plans are comparatively expensive but still offer a good value. The runtime isn't exactly predictable for specific tasks. No need for plugins as it runs in the cloud! And that's a huge plus!! And there are so many API's (now called Phantoms" to choose from to create your leadgen flow. Before PB we would require a multitude of tools to cover the full leadgen toolchain, but now we have this one platform. Really cool stuff and highly recommended. **What do you dislike about PhantomBuster?** I need to nitpick a little here and consider the following dislikes as minor annoyances. The dislikes involve better documentation and breakdown of some automation flows. Better documentation - The documentation could be a bit better. Especially concerning usage limits on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook and alike. When starting this you do not want to be banned from these platforms. More support guides or videos here would be appreciated. Another example of this is when to use proxies in your api configuration. Currently this is not clear to me and makes me wonder if I am configuring it wrong. Breakdown automation flows - some API's are too much broken down in separate components. I understand the rationale to use and chain components together, but sometimes I feel this is an unnecessary step. Why not lump together the follow and unfollow action for twitter when growing your audience? Why not have an API that converts the harvested LinkedIn Sales Navigator urls to full LinkedIn bio urls? It puzzels me why PB let's you use two API slots to make that happen and mostly the processing of any batch might require another day. In my opinion these actions should be bundled into one Phantom (API slot) as it saves time and needed actions. **Recommendations to others considering PhantomBuster:** Take some time to understand the limits imposed by social platforms like LinkedIn and others when using Phantombuster. Sometimes you need to read and learn about these limits on other places then the Phantombuster website. Start small and don't go overboard with trashing usage limits.
