Performance Pro allows me to clearly track goals, document achievements, and organize my self-evaluation in a structured way. **What do you like best about Performance Pro?**

Performance Pro is generally easy to use, both as a supervisor completing evaluations and as an employee completing self evaluations.

**What do you dislike about Performance Pro?**

As a supervisor, it can be a bit confusing to find historical information about past evaluations.  However, I know there is a modern interface, so perhaps this issue has been addressed with the new interface that my Human Capitol department hasn't enabled for us yet.

**What problems is Performance Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it's obvious that Performance Pro helps with evaluating the performance of employees, but it's also helpful as a supervisor when completing One to Ones, especially when we're tracking longer-term goals set by the employee.  I can enter notes each time we meet so that I have a full picture of their efforts and involvement as they've worked on their goals for each 6-month evaluation period.

This is not user friendly. There are much better ways to make this program easier on new and familiar users.

Percentage markers help in goal setting for allocating importance and determining priority. Notes and reminders are also helpful.

My only flaw would be the user interface. I also would allow users more granularity in evaluating goals and factors. At times it would be beneficial to get more specific than scoring in half number increments.

The Performance Pro platform offers a smooth, centralized hub for my team to access goals and development resources, while also allowing them to highlight their achievements. I appreciate the accessibility and transparency it affords.

**What do you dislike about Performance Pro?**

I dislike only being able to suggest edits to certain areas of my goals. It's an incomplete process b/c of the limited functionality, especially annoying when my supervisor is very busy and pulled in many directions. That said, THANK YOU for finally auto-saving qualitative text entries!! In years past, we wasted so much time redoing evaluations due to forgetting to hit the Save button!

It took us from purely subjective written evals to a tool where we could still have that component but precisely quantify performance and tie it to company values that *everyone is held accountable to.

I like when I set goals I can add the percentages in for that goal. I like I can see the percentages for the weighted goal as well as set goals and then the steps your going to take in order to keep that goal. Its also easy to go back and look at often so your staying on track.

I don't really dislike it. Everything on it is fairly easy to use and makes sense.

It really helps me to look back and see what my goal is and what steps I said I would take in order to hit those goals. I also like that the one who is keeping track of your progress can send you notes and you can input your answers or submit yes I agree with all this. really good at tracking and organizing.

It has the capacity to integrate goals and values.  I found competencies not necessary, it only produced comments that can be argued with administration and therefore you feel targeted.

Very time-consuming.  It seems redundant. As I entered comments and went to the next, my response was equally responsive to the next question. I had to review the formatting to get a clearer understanding of how to enter a response.

Performance Pro has proven to be a useful tool for managing performance evaluations and goal-setting processes within our organization. It offers a comprehensive range of features that streamline performance management tasks, from setting SMART goals to conducting performance reviews and providing valuable feedback.

The platform's intuitive interface makes it easy for both managers and employees to navigate, reducing the learning curve associated with adopting new software. Additionally, Performance Pro's customizable dashboards and reporting tools empower users to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance individual and organizational performance.

I did not experience any issues using Performance Pro. I found it easy to use and very straightforward to understand.

**What problems is Performance Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performance Pro is Electrolit’s platform for performance evaluations and goal setting. For me, the greatest benefit was how easy and intuitive it was to use.

Easy to use- been using for 23 years. I like the rating feature.

In past years, it was hard to find my goals section and rate it.  But we've changed how we set our goals, so I didn't have the problem this year.

Put's me face to face with my boss & we  can see how our views of ME match.

It is user-friendly and the self-evaluation goals were easy to navigate through.

**What do you dislike about Performance Pro?**

The next button does not seem to work on a few features. For example, when submitting my evaluation goal, I could not hit the next button to submit my self-rating.

**What problems is Performance Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performance allows me to clock in and out. I am also able to view my 401k plan or any retirement plans that I may have and even add beneficiaries to that plan.

Some of the items are clunky It would be nice to have a better drop down to notate things. Maybe having the layout  with buttons instead of a tool bar.
