I like when I set goals I can add the percentages in for that goal. I like I can see the percentages for the weighted goal as well as set goals and then the steps your going to take in order to keep that goal. It really helps me to look back and see what my goal is and what steps I said I would take in order to hit those goals. I also like that the one who is keeping track of your progress can send you notes and you can input your answers or submit yes I agree with all this. really good at tracking and organizing. It offers a comprehensive range of features that streamline performance management tasks, from setting SMART goals to conducting performance reviews and providing valuable feedback.

The platform's intuitive interface makes it easy for both managers and employees to navigate, reducing the learning curve associated with adopting new software. Additionally, Performance Pro's customizable dashboards and reporting tools empower users to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance individual and organizational performance.

While Performance Pro has certainly enhanced our performance management processes, there are a few areas where I believe there is room for improvement. For instance, a more intuitive flow.

I really like the rating scale and how I can click a number to be somewhere in the middle of each whole number. I like that the category is explained at the top, and then the rating scale descriptions are given on each screen. It helps to really think through each category. What do you dislike about Performance Pro?

I think the steps could be a little clearer when reaching the end of the evaluation ratings. The "next" button is disabled, and I wish I could hit "next" to go the next step throughout the entire process. I felt like I was missing something on my review because I couldn't move forward, but after a few minutes of searching, I realized I needed to go the next step overall on the sidebar menu.
