What I love about Peptalk is not only can I choose academies that are personal for myvown goals. I as a leader am able to invlude my team, we can choose paths together, it is great team building and helps me make sure we are keeping our wellness important as much as our work performance. The team check ins are great I get insight in howbthey are doing and can adjust our meetings if need be. PepTalk provides quick and easy access to topics of all kinds to help you get through your day-to-day. I enjoy sharing the monthly topics with my team and going through the activities as it creates great conversation. I think the app is really great. It requires more engagement than I think our people can give the app, which is disappointing as there is so much quality in the app. I also think changes to the look of the app stops our people from engaging.
