I as a leader am able to invlude my team, we can choose paths together, it is great team building and helps me make sure we are keeping our wellness important as much as our work performance. The team check ins are great I get insight in howbthey are doing and can adjust our meetings if need be. This allows them to be at optimal performance because they know we have each others backs and care at the human level. **What do you dislike about PepTalk?** The only thing that woukd be nice for US users is to have option to change recipes from grams to ounces. I usually skip those lessons cause I am afraid to covert wrong. **What problems is PepTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Right now self care and money is big with my teammates, so with the new paths we are able to work through together and have open honest conversations and grow as a team, by also improving the self. ### 3. I enjoy sharing the monthly topics with my team and going through the activities as it creates great conversation. This has been especially important since work from home evolved and we are missing the in-person conversations and interactions with our peers. **What do you dislike about PepTalk?** At times it can be difficult in the app to find what I am looking for. I may go down a rabbit hole as I get lost in videos searching for certain things that I may never find. **What problems is PepTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am not sure where to start and stop. I enjoy the monthly topics, the ability to connect with others as well as build and strengthen my knowledge and skills. This is a great tools for yourself or to share with others. Screenshots are submitted securely and viewable only to the G2 moderation team." **Recommendations to others considering PepTalk:** Explore it fully and try different topics and parts of the app - you'll definitely find something useful and interesting for you specifically. **What problems is PepTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Had some great physical exercise /yoga classes. Read some very useful articles in psychology. Made some delicious dinners with the chef. Was motivated to go for a walk to take some pictures to post in the app. Learned a 'Happy Day' dance with my daughter. Learned finger meditation. Did check-in with my team, and discussed it. Completed Team Talks. Enjoyed Leadeship Lab trainings. It requires more engagement than I think our people can give the app, which is disappointing as there is so much quality in the app. I also think changes to the look of the app stops our people from engaging. We have a lot of site-based employees, and also, as a global organization, it was imperative that we selected a wellness platform that supported all of our needs. A big part of being a Global company is the issue around connectivity, making sure as we grow that we remain connected. PepTalk has been instrumental at helping us with this piece, in particular the community functionality of the app. **What do you dislike about PepTalk?** Unfortunatley we have had some employees who do not like downloading another app to their mobile device so the option to have a desktop application would be helpful. **What problems is PepTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?** As we are a global company a one size fits all model does not exist due to the complexities of a global company, we needed a wellness provider who took this on board and was willing to be flexible in their approach. I found some of the manager support beneficial.
