## About DataWiz
DataWiz is Peopletree Group's people analytics and decision-support platform, built on Tableau. It gives HR leaders, HR business partners, people analytics teams and executive stakeholders a structured way to turn workforce and talent data into decisions they can act on. DataWiz uses the consolidated data held in DataHub. It brings together the information behind assessment, performance, succession, engagement, learning and workforce processes, then presents it through more than 60 pre-built modules across 15 HR themes. Teams can use the dashboards to examine succession bench strength and readiness, attrition risk, performance distributions and calibration patterns, capability gaps, workforce composition and the impact of learning investment. The platform supports four levels of analysis. Descriptive views show the current workforce picture. Diagnostic analysis helps users understand the patterns behind a trend. Predictive models identify likely future risks and opportunities, such as attrition or succession gaps. Prescriptive modules link the evidence to practical action. DataWiz is designed for HR practitioners and business leaders who need insight without building a reporting capability from scratch. The modules are pre-built, use the same structured data foundation and can be filtered, shared and extended through Tableau. A specialist data science team is not required to use the standard dashboards. DataWiz requires DataHub, which provides the data foundation for reliable analytics. TalentPrint and TalentProfile information can flow through DataHub into the reporting layer, while TAILA can use DataWiz insights to support clearer manager and HR conversations. This gives leaders a connected view of people risk, capability and action priorities.
