Prior to implementing People Insight, data analytics were a manual, time consuming and difficult process that left much room for room for error. People Insight has enabled us to pull large volumes of information quickly and accurately, leaving more time to delve deeper into the meanings behind the data so that we can help improve decision making. Whenever we ask for something, be it a question about the data or something new we are looking to be able to report on, the staff at People insight are quick to respond, always pleasant, and very helpful. If you weren't involved in the initial setup of the dashboards, understanding what data is included in the calculations and how the numbers are being calculated can be difficult.
Also, not so much specifically a People Insight issue per se but anytime data is being imported from one system to be used in another, there are times where we notice something might be off with our numbers in People Insight and upon further review, it is caused by a change in process on our HRIS side. For example, we created a new code in our HRIS system that was to be used when entering an employee transfer that technically should be counted as turnover, but we forgot to inform People Insight and so those transactions were not being counted in turnover. Once we were able to identify the problem, People Insight responded and made the adjustment right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
