We used Penji to design our brand for us, so both landowners and developers can better understand our service and the benefits attached to using us! Our goal is to get established, which we have successfully started our journey on. Our brand provides a massive stepping stone and is an integral part of generating new leads and keeping our clients well informed. We selected Penji after shortlisting several very good website developers. We opted for choosing them because they were price competitive, responsive, and they had excellent 5*, well-earned reviews. We used Google search and did our own preliminary research in order to shortlist the best website designers around our area, Penji came above some of the top names. Our project was by no means easy. The team managed to understand my business concept, finish the preliminary design elements, and got started on the build. They did an excellent job. I wanted some complicated design features, with the whole website being very interactive, colorful, and informative and they did just this to the highest possible standard. I helped by providing some of the key information on the website. Their communication was second to none and the team was always open to change where necessary. Normally, I would be honest and flag any areas of improvement but on this occasion, I really have to think about areas to improve because I would not change a thing. I was/still am extremely happy with the process from start to finish. If I had to change one thing I would say the price could come down slightly. I say this however in good faith, I believe the monies paid completely warrant the finished product, the level of skill/dedication/hard work and knowledge, makes it entirely worth it. They had it right in the beginning, but then it went sideways. I was with the company for 4 months and near the end I just wasn't getting paired with the designers that made that made it so worthwhile in the beginning. I was being paired with people who just couldn't, or maybe I should say didn't want to, get it right. They did create a great logo and my Shopify webpages are great. They represent my brand well, and fit who we are. My goal was to connect with a few reliable finished artists who could follow our comprehensive brand guidelines and create collateral, including datasheets, banners, infographics, illustrations, and more. In addition to our 60+ page guidelines, I provided Penji with more than 3,000 original and ready-to-use brand assets—most of which were seldom read, let alone used by their time poor designers. **What do you like best about Penji?** While still primitive by today's standards, I like being able to leave revisions by clicking directly on the problem area of a design. **What do you dislike about Penji?** Designers do not work, review, or respond on the purported '24/5' schedule; instead, Penji assigns customers to either the "Day Team" or the "Night Team." These teams are distinct, which means projects are often assigned to who is available rather than who is best. Not that you'll have any idea about this because Penji won't. You'll probably never hear anything from your designers...well, except the same canned responses all of the designers use. The price point is alluring; however, make no mistake: Penji is a labor farm and you will spend more time in revisions than you thought possible. Notice a single typo 0.5 seconds after your designer submits something? That'll be 24 hours, thanks. Any day, I would recommend Penji just for the quality that I had received for multiple projects.
