PEMAC is a really good CMMS that helps us manage breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance. We can also assign jobs to technicians and track and manage those jobs effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main issue for me is the licensing: having to buy different licenses for different levels of access. This is the first time I’ve seen that in a CMMS. I’ve worked before with SAP, MAXIMO IBM, and EAMS from Hexagon, and usually you just get the software and then you can set up as many users as you need without any problem. I like Pemac CMMS for its user interface and dashboards, which are easy to adapt and make day-to-day operations simpler. The easier interface is particularly helpful for teaching new team members, while the dashboards make it simpler to visualize equipment status and present information to leadership. Additionally, Pemac CMMS makes it easier to track and complete breakdowns, PPM, and requalification by generating work orders and allowing for detailed descriptions of works. What I found most impressive about Pemac CMMS is how it brings maintenance activities, asset performance, and work order information together in one centralized platform. This has significantly reduced the time I spend pulling details from multiple sources, while also helping keep the data consistent and reliable. My only professional suggestion regarding Pemac CMMS concerns the cost of its premium capabilities and advanced modules. For smaller organizations or teams with limited budgets, adopting the full set of advanced features can initially feel relatively expensive. That said, with improved data visibility, reduced unplanned downtime, more effective asset management, and better decision-making, the investment can deliver strong business value and satisfactory returns over the long run. I find the automated system of Pemac CMMS ideal for operation and factory use. It provides seamless maintenance updates for the entire site, allowing us to go back and interrogate systems to see where the problems are. This is really helpful in addressing a lot of the ongoing issues we encounter daily. Additionally, using Pemac CMMS allows us to track the budget for each area, see how we are performing against the budget, and supports decision-making related to capital investments by providing information on maintenance cost and downtime associated with each plant. Pemac assets delivers a right first time approach to our maintenance KPIs and metrics. All available on hand held devices, it allows craft persons to carry out planned activities it a very efficient manner. Data is precise, clear and all available within a few clicks.
