Ease of use.

The changes in this system, with its web-based environment, import sheets and general ease of use, make it quite straightforward to populate, update and report on across the vast number of assets we have at our plant.

In legacy systems. The entire process was quite tedious and lacked a good structure for reporting.

The stock management side of PEMAC Assets could be affected by some work, as well as defects, causes, and remedies.

Stock does not allow for the likes of "lots" around quality-related items; the primary bin location is not of much use when you can have parts across multiple bins in a large plant, and the filtering is not greater either.

Only good for showing shortfalls in routines, but it would be nicer if there was an easier way to manage stock with more detail and their relationships. Images are almost useless in the search, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I find particularily useful with Pemac Assests is the Stock Control function for the management of all stadium spare parts and their associated purchase requests, orders, deliveries and stock takes. I use this function every day and I would be a bit lost without it to be honest. Pemac Assets integrates seemlessly with our planned, preventative maintenance programme and is the backbone of our management system.

Also the ongoing customer support has been stellar, from the intial set up phase to the (very few) technical issues I've had over the years. The support agents are always very curtious, and they resolve issues quickly and without issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main downside from my own experience was the intial set-up phase which took several months for me to manually input all stadium assests i.e. plant, equipment, systems etc... at the time as I didint have an importable assest register. Can track past Work and know when to generate routines. Also through building up the system makes it easier to locate what parts go onto an asset and how many assets are in a specific building or related to a specific asset. Stores can be very confusing to set up and can be awkward when it comes to logging spares and crerating new spares. The ability to order parts or request parts to be ordered isn't easy to use also and isn't currently utilised in our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Meeting the Criteria of certain ISO Standards can be difficult & that is why we as a company invested in Pemac as being able to have tracking & Audit trails for all work carried out within the Maintenance Dept has been a huge benefit to our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Embracing the Change within the organisation has been difficult from using a mobile to contact the maintenance dept to reporting all issues through a portal. the user interface can be improved. also a bug in maybe our particular system, if you pressed check on the box after logging on, you will have issues with the cookies. cache needs to be cleared to work on it agian. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User-friendly interface. Our team was able to navigate the software with minimal training, which significantly reduced the onboarding time. The dashboard provides a clear overview of ongoing maintenance tasks and pending purchases, allowing us to prioritize effectively. The software is very versatile and very customisable according to the organization's needs. Asset management, Locations, Asset types, work orders, work histories are all useful functions of the application. There are still a lot more tools I need to discover and implement in order to optimize the efficiency of the maintenance department of the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The data import templates are not very user friendly to use. Enabling some functions to send notifications can prove a bit difficult sometimes, however, always found great support from PEMAC support team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
