
I appreciated their sales recruiting focus. This provided candidates from outside the areas I would generally look for candidate's within our team. They were able to source passive candidates who were a better fit for the role than the active candidates available via resume database searches. I feel the pricing structure, ROI, and performance metrics were not as transparent as they should have been. I also think the quota driven work environment pushes recruiters to present candidates who are outside of the metrics discussed as required for the position and in doing so, it wastes time and the quality of candidates.
