What do you like best about Peak Sales Recruiting?

I appreciated their sales recruiting focus. This provided candidates from outside the areas I would generally look for candidate's within our team. They were able to source passive candidates who were a better fit for the role than the active candidates available via resume database searches. It also saved me a considerable amount of time searching for quality candidates when I was an HR department of one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Peak Sales Recruiting?

I feel the pricing structure, ROI, and performance metrics were not as transparent as they should have been. I also think the quota driven work environment pushes recruiters to present candidates who are outside of the metrics discussed as required for the position and in doing so, it wastes time and the quality of candidates.
