Please try PDFill! ## PDFill Reviews ### 1. One can create and publish PDF documents with basic editing features and without watermarks. **What do you dislike about PDFill?** As long as one needs to do more advanced editing jobs of a PDF document, he/she needs to go to the paid version. But the price is acceptable considering the extra functions one can get. The user interface is a bit like Microsoft Word but less intuitive. It takes a bit of time to get used to their unique user interface and know where all the menu buttons are. **Recommendations to others considering PDFill:** It will take some time, in the beginning, to try to learn to use different tools/packages to fulfill all the functions of the software but the learning curve is steep. **What problems is PDFill solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use PDFill to edit PDF files by adding or deleting contents, adding, deleting, or cropping pages, and editing pictures in PDF files. I found that PDFill can almost function as a complete substitute for Adobe Acrobat and I am not missing any main functions, while there may be small differences in the function that I fail to notice. ### 2. Reorder pages, split pages. Re-number pages. I used pdfill for all of my report compiling as I can piece different documents together easily. **What do you dislike about PDFill?** There isn't really anything I dislike about PDFill. I think it could maybe be linked to Pdf better or even have some editing skills on the software to be able to edit documents internally **Recommendations to others considering PDFill:** Using pdfill saves me so much time on reports, I would highly recommend! **What problems is PDFill solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pdfill is such a time saving application. I can compile reports so simply using pdfill. I individually pdf my pages from my word document and can insert appendices into my report ### 3. I use the "whiteout" feature regularly to make changes to construction drawings, for field use. **What do you dislike about PDFill?** The ability to zoom in and out by using the mouse wheel. Having to zoom using the plus and minus buttons is cumbersome. Also, not being able to use the mouse to move the page from side to side without loosing drawing functions is a pain. **Recommendations to others considering PDFill:** PDFill is a simple, yet very functional, PDF editor that I use on a daily basis for editing PDF documents. There is more ability to draw, make notes, and edit PDF's without paying for a higher-priced Adobe or Bluebeam product. **What problems is PDFill solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to quickly make modifications to construction documents easier, and less time-consuming than having to use Adobe DC or Bluebeam. ### 5. The fundamental advantage is that the expense is significant not as much as adobe and I thought that it was simpler to utilize. ### 6. PDFill helps us combine those. ### 7. I don't know that it solves any specific large business issues however. ### 8. Drag and drop the pages into separate files should be easier. **Recommendations to others considering PDFill:** the pdf tools are a huge help. It would be nice to have all the tools as options within the pdf editor also. **What problems is PDFill solving and how is that benefiting you?** joining pdf documents and printing to PDF is saving time and hassle of multiple attachments. ### 10. I haven't found a better tool for handling pdf/jpg files.
