When I asked for a refund of what I already paid the customer service rep called me a cu*t. **What do you dislike about PDF Suite?** During the download process they continually wanted access to my screen which I refused to do as I have highly sensitive data up at all times. The problem with the download was not my computer. Adobe products download without my security software blocking it. Why not theirs? The general purpose of PDF viewing is possible in the trial version. The options are user-friendly Microsoft inspired user interface, easy to convert documents from pdf to word, pdf to presentation, pdf to image, pdf to excel, and other required essential formats. Many options on the header seem to be a little confusing, and the colors used are dull. **Recommendations to others considering PDF Suite:** If you are looking for an equal alternative to adobe pdf, pdf write software is the best choice and is economical compared to the ADOBE software suite. The old PDF viewer I was using was Microsoft Edge. This was not great as it did not allow me to do anything to the actual PDF. I needed a PDF program that allowed me the ability to annotate documents for graduate school and this worked very well. I was able to easily add textboxes to the document to complete an assignment. In addition, I've added in photos and this was also very easy to do. The crop tool was a little tricky at first, however after playing around with it, it was much easier. When I was merging documents, the program laid out the order of the documents very nicely and allowed ease of arranging them before merging the documents together. **What do you dislike about PDF Suite?** A huge part of utilizing a PDF viewer for me is the ability to take notes. I am a graduate student and I take many notes on PDFs because it's very easy to scroll through the pages. I own a surface pro and I use my pen to write notes on PDFs for class. However, the program isn't very friendly for this type of use. The program doesn't register the pen unless you click the pen tool (which is not on the front page but under the review tab under "pencil") and even then, it doesn't register the eraser when I need to erase. This provides a lot of frustration when using the program for what I need it for. Therefore it's not a great program for tablet use in my opinion. However, my friend bought the same program and claim it works very well on her MacBook. I'm sure I would be much happier and pleased with the purchase of it didn't neglect one of the major aspects of my current computer. **Recommendations to others considering PDF Suite:** Again, if you are looking for an easy PDF viewer that has all the basics for what you need, this one is great. It gives you the ability to annotate, edit, fill and sign, merge, everything you need for a basic PDF software. If you are using a tablet and like to draw on your PDFs as a student or some sort of designer or admin that just likes to hand write, I would suggest looking at something else. **What problems is PDF Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** The annotate feature is very nice. Adding text to the documents was very easy to do. I also like the signature portion, although normally I would use my pen to sign a document with my real signature, this version is nice. Like I said, love that I can merge pages together. This has made putting research assignments together for class very easy. Lastly, this program has met all the requirements I have needed for graduate school. If you are a student engaging in distance learning and looking for a PDF software, this one is great. ### 37.
