PDF Complete is an essential program to highlight and add notes in PDF texts. For me, the user interface has its functions well placed visually to enter its different characteristics. I also like the program to reuse the forms. What I like most is that you can send attachments by email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I do not like is that it does not have the option to view documents on two pages, and the functionality of signing documents lacks customization. Occasionally with the printing option the program may freeze and close without notice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PDF complete uses OCR scanner for scanning images and documents etc.. which has the ability to scan text only or image only or as per user wants.It provides security to documents including passwords,modification permission and digital signature..
