**What do you like best about PCLender?**

Just what I said: it does get the job done. I don't think it's particularly difficult to use, although it could be more streamlined. 

**What do you dislike about PCLender?**

It freezes fairly often and is very clunky. Things that should take two steps take five. 

**Recommendations to others considering PCLender:**

Like any software, it does have some limitations. It does not baby or coddle the user, which could be a good thing or bad thing, depending on who's using it. 

**What problems is PCLender solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use PCLender to structure loan applications. It allows me to do my job, but other LOS systems are much more efficient.

**What do you like best about PCLender?**

easy to navigate and find things in PCL. I also love the drag and drop feature for documents. 

**What do you dislike about PCLender?**

It’s hard to make changes, it’s also really hard for clients to use the online application. It’s not as customizesable or easy to use with other software

I’ve learned the ins and outs of this program and it’s pretty user friendly and gets the job done.

Poor image quality when docs are uploaded
