What do you dislike about PC Connection, Inc.? sometimes their delivery times are longer than expected. This can be frustrating when I need a product or service urgently. However, I understand that this is not entirely their fault and that they are working hard to improve their delivery process. In what they are experts the most, which is in cloud services, on the other hand, they have a great team of trained professionals, it is straightforward to explain your problem to them since they do not initially approach it from a technical perspective but rather in an approach as if They were a friend who has known you for years and does everything possible to resolve your discomfort. We are generally resolving issues between Business Resiliency Services and cloud services. The provider helps us to determine first, with a free consultancy, the spaces to repair in the organization in everything that generally deals with human resources and technology related to people, the competition is quite arduous and on the subject of cloud services we have many doubts and ignorance on how to make better use of the programs we already have, the Connection® service makes it possible for us to make better use of what we already have. Computers and printers are our largest bus and are often used until they physically break. The several other companies we worked with before didn’t seem to understand that we could chase special and quarterly discount thrown at us. The purchasing process we adhere to makes sure of that.
