The most helpful feature of Paytm is the number of features, discounts, and cashback I get when I make payments through Paytm. Almost 99% of my transactions today are happening through this app, I no longer need to carry any physical money, anywhere I go I can scan any QR CODE and make payment. The best part is I don't have to cross-check also for entering UPI id in which mistake can happen, just scan and pay. I liked everything about Paytm including the user interface, services, cashback, coupons, and partnership offers with other companies. The app is super fast and lightweight on my phone. The only thing I dislike about Paytm is it requires you to do KYC at the store before you can start doing transactions from a bank account. While other apps do it online via pan card only. I like the UI of application, that is easy to use and user friendly. There many offers and cashback available in paytm. You can quickly make payment by just scanning QR code, it saves the time of user. You can invest in mutual fund by paytm. There many other facilities offere by paytm like paytm bank (Virtual Bank), Paytm Gold which are helpful to invest small amount of money. The customer service of paytm is very fast and good, quickly reply to our issues and resolve it. We can see the name of user whom we want to send money this is useful to verify our friend. Sometime my account is automatically logout. It also take charges on booking of movie ticket or train/ bus. Paytm wallet system i liked the most because many times UPI transaction takes times it get stuck but wallet transfer is so quick. Also many features and services available on Paytm which helped me a lot. Recently I started using Paytm Postpay which allowed me credit, this one is one of the best service i found here. Be it has bill, electric bill, Credit card bill or any other bill or bookings i can easily do all these from one single app. Many others features are also there but i just wanna say one thing. It's coustomer services are very bad, firstly it's takes time to get connected with them and even after that most of the time you won't get proper solution at single time. So solve your issues it will take minimum 24-48 hrs. Also Paytm gives coupon which is of no use. I would like to mention a few things which differentiate it from other UPI apps. A credit score can be checked instantly from the app at any time anywhere. Paytm payment bank is a hassle-free and easy-to-open saving account within 10 to 15 minutes, Paytm wallet is great when UPI payment doesn't function properly then the wallet option is best for making payments. There are not any major negative points that I have seen so far while using Paytm but one point is. A few times train ticket booking is pending but the balance gets deducted, it is hard to contact customer care and instant resolution is not provided by Paytm I need to wait 4 to 5 days after raising the issue.
