The best part is that they've numerous features in just one application. We need not to hop to another app for any service. Almost everything is available and works pretty well. There are still payment failures we experience in transaction made via paytm and they probably could be improved to offer seamless service. It's been a good platform for satisfying all kinds of service needs, be it transferring money, booking shows or even organizing free events. For people like us, we are highly dependent on paytm for our work and rely on the service. The best thing I like about Paytm is their payment gateway money is instantly transferred, and it is much faster than other UPI BHIM portals. What do you dislike about Paytm Business? Well, to be honest, this app has some serious drawbacks. Also, We can attach only one Commercial bank account for UPI id. I had two bank accounts registered with the same mobile number, and Paytm did not let me use any one of them, sighting a security concern. This was quite stupid as millions of merchants in India have saving accounts as well as current accounts while using only one phone only. Do they expect us to buy new mobile and new mobile number? The best thing which i like the most about paytm is it's paytm bank, I have a sperate banks for my personal transactions from which i can pay any where to anyone. No convience fees is charged from us to use that account lr to make any payment. It is easy to use you can add your other account too so it's easy to transfer fund from a single application you dont have to open different different app to transfer your money to someone you can do ghis via paytm. I get a voice-enabled machine integrated with the tool, that whenever a payment happens, it gives voice confirmation for real-time verififcation. The best thing is I can easily make payments with a unique code or directly to their mobile number or QR code. What do you dislike about Paytm Business? Sometimes the utility bill payments are stuck and held in the processing state for more than 2-3 days; even the help center or support center responds less.
