You're not eligible for the tax exemption threshold in each country. Customer service that is out of this world, you will never experience this at FastSpring or any other similar processors. They are on our slack and are just one click away, they reply within minutes & resolve the issue very fast. Custom fraud rules are put in place. If a score is over a certain amount, Paypro will call the customer and ask for id or scan of the card with numbers covered etc. Over 100 fraud rules are in place before the custom rules I required. Honestly, there is nothing that compares to PayPro when it comes to selling software online. My CB ratios are nonexistent. With high thousands of orders a month, we see maybe 1 or 2 before adding in the custom fraud rules with no drop in conversion.
