Sometimes when customers apply for PayPal Credit in store on our website sweetpurseonality.com it denies their application due to not being able to confirm their current address. We have their identication in store and can verify their identity. There needs to be a way where merchants can contact customer service to correct this problem because we lose sales because of this. It’s very easy to use and feels secure, which is important to people. I love the convenience of having my credit card saved in PayPal Checkout; it really speeds things up since I can check out with just a couple of clicks. Having the option available at checkout is incredible, plus not needing to log in if I'm already online with PayPal on my computer is a big plus. It makes the whole process way faster since my computer recognizes it's me, allowing me to checkout in seconds. It's also amazing to be able to use Amex on eBay through PayPal Checkout, especially since eBay doesn't accept Amex cards at checkout anymore. I dislike that it doesn't support all countries, so sometimes normal banking has to be used. Else I would love for it to be more developer-friendly to personal users (as far as I know API usage is only limited to businesses at the moment). The fees can also be brought down/become more transaprent for foreign currency transactions that require exchange. Besides, the support duration for disputes can be made shorter.
