If you are doing basic operations and self service, it typically meets all of your needs. **What do you dislike about PayNorthwest?** The system has a bunch of bugs if you customize anything. It is difficult to use the scheduling features compared to other similar systems. The reports that are built in are challenging to review and you have to build in custom reports **What problems is PayNorthwest solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently, we are not working on other problems, but in the past, there have been many. Your customer service has been good for the items that we have had to work on. ### 2. I like all of the different options that it has. It also rarely has glitches or problems with loading. Overall just easy **What do you dislike about PayNorthwest?** We need more categories for certifications. Wh have had to combine multiple things together, so it makes it harder to track things sometimes if they have one of the items and not the other. **What problems is PayNorthwest solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managers have to keep a detailed record of shifts because staff will say that they were not sent out a schedule when their schedule had been posted in PNW. This might just be user error or staff not being truthful. I wish there were a way to acknowledge their schedule when it is sent out to them. ### 3. It allows us to use a local company for all of our payroll needs. we have multiple codes also which they can custom build for us. like that there is an employee portal. **What do you dislike about PayNorthwest?** wish there was easier reporting and service levels. sometimes response times are slow especially for urgent issues. wish there was more proactive service for things that affect us at a higher level like tax credits. they also have issues sometimes with accurately having limits met for retirement. **What problems is PayNorthwest solving and how is that benefiting you?** we get payroll done easily! they have a good portal to allow us to upload a complex payroll monthly. employees also can go directly there to see their pay stubs we don't have to send them out. ### 8.
