There are many things I like about PayKickstart. Some of those things are the fact that you have built-in affiliate system, can create coupons, discounts, upsells, order bumps, an more. PayKickstart takes a little set-up time. I wouldn't call it confusing. It's actually pretty straightforward. Rather there are so many features available one should expect to invest a little time learning it so that you are familiar with the various features and can figure out the best settings for your needs. Simply put, it's quick and easy to get set up and products, campaigns, and funnels deployed. We're using it for a few different applications and businesses now and it makes our payment processes that much more streamlined and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that I can provide feedback on the platform which will, in turn, make it more powerful. While other cart and checkout platforms barely listen to your needs. PK not only listens but that take action pretty fast. They are always innovating and pushing updates. It's amazing how much this system a do for you. From merchant options to cart templet options.

PK has been my go-to cart option for launching products and maintaining MRR from customers on our software. I have launched info products, software and live events on PK. The Checkout process has many templates and options that will increase your conversions and will pay you way more than the investment of owning your own PK account. Not much this platform is great and the few times I have run into something I have either received help from support or they listened to my ideas and implemented improvements. The platform does everything you possibly need in order to process payments. This includes all the bells and whistles you want to increase conversions. Customer management, upgrading and downgrading subscriptions, and a wonderful API that gives you back all the control you want as a Vendor. And everything at a monthly fee. No percentage on your sales. This and more made me a happy customer for the last year and possibly for life. Another remark, is that their support is probably the best I’ve seen cross industries. Fast replies, helpful, understanding, and following up if they don’t got an answer handy. Real customer care we take great inspiration from and in implementing support in our own business. I love everything about PayKickstart. But, sales reports... need an overhaul. Vendor and affiliate reports do not match up on the click tracking side of things. Different data sets on the vendor side that do not make much sense. Nothing that will make me leave, but could be done better and made easier for both vendor and affiliate. PayKickstart is one of the most flexible shopping carts available on the market, and they have relentlessly continued product development with no signs of slowing down. It's great to know they are putting so much into the product on a continuing basis, which gives confidence moving forward for anyone who plans to build their business on top of this car. While it's almost required in order to be so flexible, I wish a few things were a little more intuitive to figure out. This is a difficult balance to strike, which I totally understand so it's a worthwhile trade-off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PKS has all of the major features that we need in a shopping cart. All of the bells and whistles. And they make setting things up super easy. This is a tough one, but I would probably say that the loading speed of some of their more in-depth reporting could be improved. I'm sure this isn't the case for the bulk of their customers, but being a nerd when it comes to stats, I could always use faster load times on the reporting. The massive amount of features. The product setup allows an incredible amount of options so I can tailor each product as needed. On the affiliate side of things, Paykickstart offers many override options so I can reuse the same product, but tailor each affiliates offer to fit their needs. In addition, Paykickstart makes it simple for me to manage all affiliate payouts. The funnel builder is easy to use and again offers many options such as creating payment widgets.

Not much as the platform is always being updated with new features and the support is fantastic. If I had to pick one issue, it would be the reporting. It can be a bit difficult to get the results I want to see due to the multitude of options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I experienced a slight learning curve when I first started using PKS, but once I learned the system campaigns +products+funnels it really is a no brainer. One thing I don't like is have to change my sales checkout page settings. I would like it to remember my settings and always use the same ones.
