Payboy also offers in other fields such as project costing, appraisal and project management,etc. **What do you dislike about Payboy?** Payboy web application performance is good instead of some update issue but android app version often become crash due to technical trouble and employees's information tracking also become slow down. This must be fix soon. **What problems is Payboy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Due to payboy software our mid size company became able to find suitable employees. We mostly depending on payboy because it help us easily real time manage our whole hr activities at one platform. ### 2. It has lot of featrures which meake life easy for the HR and Account persons. Has a very good rule engine and workflow designed for the easy process definition. It is not only for Payroll and HR activities but also provides wide range of process defined for different activities which followed in day to day life in every organization as lik : 1) Intventry management 2) Project costing 3) Training management 4) Apprisal system 5) Claim Processing, etc. It is an amezing software which i thing every organization should have. **What do you dislike about Payboy?** As of now, I didn't see anything which is in the dislike category. But, I can say the software cost and the maintenance cost are slightly higher if compared to local providers. **Recommendations to others considering Payboy:** I would recommend other organizations like seed infotech, "emsphere" to use this software for their day-to-day activities. **What problems is Payboy solving and how is that benefiting you?** HR department and Account department of my company using this software for a wide range of activities like : 1) Attendance management 2) Quartly Training management 3) Leave management 4) Payroll processing and a lot more. ### 3. With PayBoy's appraisal management system, our company was able to find talented employees, and track their contribution to the growth. This helped us to give better appraisals to the right employees that boosted the company's growth. Apart from the appraisal function of PayBoy, I liked the payroll processing which eased down a lot of work for the HR department. The payroll processing system helped us to keep a track of expenses on human resources all under one umbrella. Our company often works with freelancers and interns, and managing their salaries and payments was hard to manage, but with the extensive features of payboy it becomes quite easy. **What do you dislike about Payboy?** Having used payboy for a good time, I've discovered places where it can be optimized. One thing that I dislike about payboy is the applicant tracking system. It lacks some features like real-time updates, etc. The web application is good, but the tracking features are somewhat lagging. **Recommendations to others considering Payboy:** If you are looking to appraise employees and follow a streamlined approach, playboy will be quite amazing to use. You can always have all the historical data stored in the cloud, so during the subsequent appraisal cycles you can quickly look at the figures and decide what you should do. The data is always secure, and highly available, so there's no problem in using this platform. **What problems is Payboy solving and how is that benefiting you?** A major problem that we've been facing is about retaining impactful talent. With the appraisal system, it's easy to keep an eye on well-performing employees and reward them as per their capabilities. This has helped us decrease the attrition rate, and increase employee satisfaction. ### 4. Has all the basic needs covered in the software with a very easy to use intuitive user interface. Cloud based, hence zero infrastructure and maintanence cost. **What do you dislike about Payboy?** Has limited functionalities to be called an end to end all in one HRMS software. Not supported in iOS mobile platform currently. Ticketing system not available for commercial applications. **Recommendations to others considering Payboy:** Great for mid sized employee base of 40-50 people. **What problems is Payboy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Basic company needs like payroll management and leave tracking becomes very easy with this. It is being used internally for smaller units within the larger company for granular tracking and issue readdressal. ### 5.
