What do you like best about Paybooks?

Paybooks is little bit slow while updating things like when you punch in the office it can not be updated within 1-2 hour it will be updated on 2-3 days later. What do you like best about Paybooks?

As an employee, the best thing that I love about the playbook software is that the salary is calculated in minutes and is it transferred to my bank account directly from this software. It is also possible to view the payslips and year to date salary reports from the mobile which is a great feature. Applying for leaves from playbooks follows a very easy method. It just takes a few clicks to apply for leave and real-time notifications also keep me updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paybooks?

Even though the paybooks software helps in managing taxes for employees like me, the tax management system they follow for extra taxes is quite hard. Making extra tax management a bit more user-friendly will help a lot of users to manage my extra taxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On-the-call support, and able to understand our complex problems and provide easy solutions. What do you like best about Paybooks?

It's a Tax declaration thing I like the most. Expense claim, whatever I buy for work I can upload the details of my expenses. then finance department reimbursed that amount. I like leave tracking system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I declare my tax details. I applied for leave here. Whenever I need a payslip I can download it. Whenever I need to claim my expense I can do that. For pre-tax declaration. What do you like best about Paybooks?

Paybooks has a simple interface that has all the things required payslip related. For an employee who is just interested to get his payslips, Paybooks provides a website, Andriod app, and iOS app for downloading the same. Other than payslips, you can update your tax saving plan so that your employer can adjust your payslip accordingly. The best thing about payslips is a single interface for a payslip, tax plan update, expense update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paybooks?

PayBooks has a dated UI, and it has a major problem with the type of attachments that somebody can upload. Presently if you want to upload a PDF that might prove an expense or evidence of any tax-related document (payment of LIC premium), the PDF cannot contain any special characters (even underscore). This is a significant problem as you have to rename the PDFs according to PayBooks might take. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an employee, you will want a single place for your employer-related expenses (example, internet charges), tax proof (example LIC premium, home loan) , and downloading payslips. Paybooks is a single-stop solution for the same. To facilitate ease for the end-user, Paybooks has a website, android app, and an iOS app. So ease of use is great with Paybooks.
