Most patent PDFs are easily accessible, making it convenient to conduct detailed reviews. The search operators for constructing key strings are user-friendly and intuitive; after consulting the PatSeer Search Manual, building effective search queries becomes much easier. For chemical searches, synonyms can be quickly retrieved by entering the chemical name, which notably enhances search efficiency. Although PatSeer provides a Non-Patent Literature (NPL) search option, I have found that the results are frequently incomplete.
