You dont get what you pay for, especially in general aviation. I paid nearly $4,000 for access to information that I got from google from a reletively quick search. None of the pricing that I got was any cheaper than any other place I could find. I went into this expecting to be able to find a lot of parts cheaper, that is not the case. If I would have been able to check it out for even a month I would have been able to figure out that this is not worth my time and money. They stick you in a 1 year contract that you cant get out of and force you to pay even if you havent used it for 5 out of 6 months. I cant afford to pay for it and they say there is nothing they can do. This is probably one of the only places that I know of that won't let you cancel a service that has not yet been accomplished. They cold call, and are in my opinion legal scammers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the fact that PartsBase is a breeze to use and search for parts in stock. It is great that they record the history on parts when sold and bought along with other info such as government contracts. They have made that history accessible to the user which is a nice plus. The fairly recent update has been a great upgrade with usability and looks. Also, the ability to send out and accept quotes is easily done and works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Switching from ILS, I have noticed that there are many vendors we work with that are not listed. Some of those vendors are used a lot and it would be nice to see their stock, however, I understand this is not an issue with PartsBase, but it does hurt its value with my company. I also dislike the constant sales calls to get us back on PartsBase when we had previously terminated the service which was prior to the fairly recent update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
