We tested a few different platforms for facilitating the SimpleCheck Partner Program, and Partnero takes the cake.

Since we wanted to do a 2 tier affiliate, and SimpleCheck is such a unique solution, options were already pretty limited as far as platforms that could do the job, admittedly there wasn't a lot of competition.

But frankly the main way they're blowing it out of the water with their customer service, and in particular, one of their support reps, Karine.

She was able to troubleshoot mistakes, manually fix some broken connections, and ultimately get us all set up with a smile :)

I found myself making mistakes with setup when only referencing the help docs and attempting to do things myself. Admittedly, some mistakes are becuase I didn't slow down to read carefully, but there are some omissions that if clarified would have made it more "foolproof". Using it. Exceptionally poor support, tons of bugs, cannot be implemented or integrated into WP site - each of the referral programs must be unique - cannot use the different types of referral programs on the same website (users and influencer affiliates, for example).

Is poorly documented, does not work well, and all it did was show me that something else would be easier to use.

We purchased Partnero mainly for Affiliate Marketing, but I was happy to know that Referral Marketing is also included in all plans. We chose Partnero because of its ease-of-use from the onboarding up to the implementation. I also logged-in on the platform as an affiliate partner just to see their perspective. Everything was smooth including the processing of payouts. Modifying the commission details is straightforward. We were able to setup the percentage, currency, validity, and other details like the cookie duration, referral link, and payout methods - all under one simple and easy to navigate screen.

We also love the custom branding options where I was able to upload our logo, favicon, and brand colors. A free subdomain is already included, but my favorite feature is the custom domain (CNAME) which I was able to setup in under 2 minutes.
