Since we wanted to do a 2 tier affiliate, and SimpleCheck is such a unique solution, options were already pretty limited as far as platforms that could do the job, admittedly there wasn't a lot of competition. But frankly the main way they're blowing it out of the water with their customer service, and in particular, one of their support reps, Karine. She was able to troubleshoot mistakes, manually fix some broken connections, and ultimately get us all set up with a smile :) Customer service like hers is pretty rare these days, so massive props to her and Partnero as a whole. Been super cool to see a handful of partners already on pace for 4-figure monthly commissions, and growing. Very excited to continue growing with Partnero. **What do you dislike about Partnero?** I found myself making mistakes with setup when only referencing the help docs and attempting to do things myself. Admittedly, some mistakes are becuase I didn't slow down to read carefully, but there are some omissions that if clarified would have made it more "foolproof". **What problems is Partnero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Partnero has enabled us to effectively launch our 2-tier affiliate program, and efficiently track and pay out commissions to our partners without it becoming an administrative nightmare. ### 8. Exceptionally poor support, tons of bugs, cannot be implemented or integrated into WP site - each of the referral programs must be unique - cannot use the different types of referral programs on the same website (users and influencer affiliates, for example). Is poorly documented, does not work well, and all it did was show me that something else would be easier to use. Support is slow or just ignores you and never replies. And it tends to break. My biggest issue with Partnero is the support, they will not get on a call or Zoom to help fix any issue and when you message then you can expect to wit up to 7 days for a response. Product is good but thinking of migrating away for this reason ### 11. We chose Partnero because of its ease-of-use from the onboarding up to the implementation. I also logged-in on the platform as an affiliate partner just to see their perspective. Everything was smooth including the processing of payouts. Modifying the commission details is straightforward. We were able to setup the percentage, currency, validity, and other details like the cookie duration, referral link, and payout methods - all under one simple and easy to navigate screen. We also love the custom branding options where I was able to upload our logo, favicon, and brand colors. A free subdomain is already included, but my favorite feature is the custom domain (CNAME) which I was able to setup in under 2 minutes. Support is very responsive on emails. And best of all, pricing is competitive. **What do you dislike about Partnero?** None to dislike, but I wish we could create at least one campaign for each type for partnership program even on the lowest plan tier. **What problems is Partnero solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to manually record and monitor referrals on a spreadsheet. Now, the automation provided by Partnero saves us precious time and eliminate errors caused by manual encoding. Processing of payouts was also streamlined and we can now settle the transaction via wire transfers and Paypal. ### 12.
