**What do you like best about Park Square?**

Great way for executives to benchmark compensation in private companies in technology companies.  The information is free unless you want to pay for more detailed information.

**What do you dislike about Park Square?**

The information is only as good as it is reported.  Remeber that this information is based on surveys to the private companies, so it's all based on the honor system.

**Recommendations to others considering Park Square:**

Interesting read for the free program.  Worth trying out if trying to gauge compensation.

They provide very good survey-driven information about executive compensation (by title, by founder status, by financing round) for salary, bonus, and equity.


**What do you dislike about Park Square?**

In certain cases, the sample size is so small that it is difficult to draw any conclusions


**Recommendations to others considering Park Square:**

Take all of this with a grain of salt as, despite their best efforts, one should note that all of the information is survey-driven and self-reported.  Additionally, if you yourself are a startup executive, you can be a survey participant and obtain access to the survey results for free.
